The people that work in this place are such a joke. We had some very old guy that looks like Gary McCord reluctantly let us hit a golf club. It’s like you are annoying them when you ask for stuff. Then they act like they are pro golfers after seeing you hit. That guy knew nothing about golf metrics or the golf swing but couldn’t help mumbling negative grumpy things the whole time. Selection is great, once you try to hit a club it’s a absolute nightmare dealing with these morons

Store is run by a bunch of rude old people who have no idea what they’re doing. I mainly go for tennis. Each time I go to demo a racquet, they have no idea what’s going on, calling each other for 30min to figure out what to do. I’ve demoed from them 5 times and nothing has changed so idk why everyone is confused
Worst part, I’ve taken my racquets here to get strung about 4 times. Two of the four times, they broke the strings that I brought with me and asked for me to use something in stock instead. Unfortunately, they stopped producing the strings I use so I have a limited stock that they wasted two of. Took my sticks to Myrtle beach tennis center with same strings and no problem at all.

Lice visiting this store yearly. Get to get some restock on tees and balls as well as look at new clubs, try out my clubs and if I want to be fitted they do that as well. Will keep going back.

Rob and Nicolai are the best. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly, everything you would want in an employee and person. They spent a good amount of time problem solving with me on my swing speed and the shaft options I had that would best suit my needs of hitting the ball straighter. I’m so excited to play better golf and I have you guys to thank for taking time out of your busy day to help me. Y'all deserve a raise!

The store is huge with a huge women's section! This is always a miss for most golf stores but they got it right! Many sizes to choose from as well, not just the XS to M sizes. :) I'll plan on another visit. There was too much choose from in one day. Very clean, well organized and the service was great.

Starting with the positives, the accessory items (gloves, balls, tees, etc.) are quite reasonable. Some beat online prices actually. Their clothes and clubs are pretty high in comparison. My disappointment came when my wife and I went to check out. There were over 10 customers in a single checkout. No one else (there were no less than 5 in the area and 2 were managers no less) came to assist the one gentleman taking care of customers. After there are only 2 of us left to check out, a female manager came up to "assist". I told our person thanks and I can't believe they let you hang like that and ignored customers, as well. Then the female manager chimes in and said to him, "Didn't I tell you I was coming to help?". Why not apologize to the customers? Why not own an obviously poor customer service experience? I asked our associate for a manager and she chimed in again. My wife and I will never patronize them again. We live in SW Florida and golf 6 times a week. Go to Galaxy Golf or one of your local stores because it looks like they're just too big and have lost sight of what made them successful.

Web site says the store is open at 9am on Sundays. Got there and the store was closed. The website also said the information was updated 5 gays ago. Please have the correct info on your website! That was a 55 min trip wasted!

Had a great experience today with Rob from the PGA Tour Superstore in Myrtle Beach. He replaced 3 grips on my 3 putters and could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I normally don't write reviews , but Rob made the experience so pleasant that I had to write about it. Great job Rob , I hope the management team there is taking very good care of you !

Went today March 2. I have shopped at the PGA SUPERSTORE which I still call Martin’s for 30 or 35 years. I will be 40 in May. I buy all of my golf stuff from there and I have never asked anyone to help fit me today I had a gentleman name Brian Fit me for a pee 10 K driver. He was so helpful had so much knowledge and was so patient with me as a consumer. I am sincerely thankful five stars all the way around I highly recommend these guys the store is North Myrtle Beach is equally as good.

Dropped two tennis racquets off to be restrung. Brett did an awesome job. They have a good selection of string and other tennis accessories and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Went in this store with high hopes finding the the right set for me.
I was strolling around to see what’s on the shelf’s, especially in the left hand section!
Eventually a tall gray hair gentlemen approached me after about 15 minutes!
“What you need” Lol, no can I help you or some other polite way to start a selling conversation!
I told him I’m on the market for a Left hand set, preferred a complete set! He said he doesn’t have one right now, but I’m looking at about 3000,- ! And he turned away from me with no further interaction! Boom, I guess he judged by my appearance (I don’t like to dress up, cargo pans and T-shirt all year) thinking I can not afford a set!
That sucks, I wanted so badly to load up a new set in my 90K truck!
I went straight to Golf Galaxy (even I don’t like the politics from Dick’s Sporting Goods).
Lady at the entrance greeted me very friendly, long story short, I walked out with a 1400,- set, and couldn’t be happier with the service from Mr. Joe !
PGA Super Store will never see me again !
