Employees are always pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very satisfied with this bank. Only complaint is not enough locations in SC. I highly recommend this PNC

Just came to this establishment to bring my aunt to do some banking while she was visiting for Thanksgiving. So she is rating this visit. She lives in Maryland so the comparison is made against her regular bank located there. She said the staff was friendly and helpful. She is hard of hearing and they were patient with her. She was happy with the visit and would use this location again.

PNC Review. I had several items that had been charged to my debit card and I decided to dispute them. I was in Myrtle Beach at the time but was going to Italy for several months for work. I spoke to the escalations department and they told me they could either mail me the forms that needed to be filled out or I could come into my local branch. I told them I wanted to comet my local branch since I was going Italy for several months and getting mail over there is always a challange. So I filled out the forms with a bank agent called Zane. He also told me that I needed to file a complaint to with the housing department. The information he gave me was false and cost me a lot of time and frustration trying to do what he said. He then denied that he told me to do that. He also failed to submit the forms I filled out and the letters were sent to my old address and never reached me .So the charges were put back onto my account. I called PNC customer service about this and they said we would have to re submit the claims which was time consuming but I did it .The PNC employee also told me I could change my address to my Italian address by simply faxing a signed letter requesting that which I promptly did only to find out that once again I had wasted my time caring out incorrect information, I then contacted the escalation department only to find everyone out of the office and when I finally did get someone to help e they told me the time was up and there was nothing to be done I had lost over $1,000 do to the negligence of the PNC employees. I have taken out a complaint but as of yet hav e had absolutely not response from anyone at the bank. I am deeply disturbed my the unprofessionalism of PNC Bank and strongly suggest people to steer clear of using them.
