My 1st experience I chose not to post because I knocked it off to the lady at the counter not having common courtesy but now I have to report this store doesn't know how to treat their customers. Everytime I have entered store I was either the only customer or maybe one other and still you would think they want your business.My 1st experience I had water and spilled some on the floor. When I went to the counter to tell the woman she handed me a paper towel, I was shocked. I would of cleaned it if I asked for thepaper towel. This time I enter with my thermos closed , she then asked me to leave my thermos at the counter because just in case I spilled it. 1st it was closed I was not drinking it, 2nd it's water, 3rd once again 2 customers in the store including myself. This store lacks customer service. Visited Monday 11/27Obviously the same person that offered the paper towel & lack of customer service is the same person that responded to my post. BEWARE read all their negative posts which reveal similarities of not taking responsibility of their actions. Their poor responses demonstrate how this business operates.Written 11/28Clearly by your responses demonstrate exactly what I said unprofessional, lack of respect to customers, and demonstrate lack of responsibility. I can say more but what's the point because your responses say it best of who you are & what your business represents.

This place is just hands down amazing! High quality dog and cat food and treats, great high quality options for toys, clothing, leashes, harnesses, and bathing needs. Elizabeth (the owner) goes above and beyond to have products you can trust are good for your fur baby or babies. Elizabeth and Melody are so helpful when it comes to advice and questions about food and pet care. I love going to this store and as long as I live in Myrtle Beach or the surrounding area I will be coming here for all my dogs needs. Thank you to the ladies who help make taking care of dog easier.

Above the top customer service, I am so grateful! And the products I bought for my pup are excellent and very difficult to find elsewhere, specially at such advantageous prices. Highly recommended!!!

Let me start off by saying i would give this store a zero star if i could. We went into this boutique to buy something for a dog. we were just walking around looking after we just got done eating brunch. I was carrying my drink when i bent over to pick something up my drink ACCIDENTALLY split. we cleaned up the messed but then they threatened to make us pay for it. they were very rude the whole time and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t pay for the “damage” product that was over 80 dollars. i do not recommend going into this place. also didn’t even speak when we walked into the store.

Very poor customer service. My husband accidentally purchased the wrong bag brand of CBD treat for our blind born dog that has occasional anxiety. He is sensitive to certain one and the one picked up makes him nervous. I returned to the shop less than an hour later with an unopened bag and receipt. They acknowledged that my husband came in but said they have a no return policy. I explained that I simply wanted to exchange for the correct ones but they refused. This is not what you expected from a small locally owned business.

Really bad customer service for a small owned business. I have been shopping at Precious Paws for over a year and buy all of my food and treats for my two dogs here. I purchased three bags of Small Batch frozen sliders last week along with freeze dried food and treats. I spent my usual $250.I transport the frozen items home in my Yeti cooler so they stay frozen. When I opened one of the bags this weekend, it was completely frozen together in one mass. I couldn’t separate the sliders. I called to let the owner Elizabeth know. I was told that I have to have my original receipt and return it within 7 days. I’m not sure what the “original” receipt policy is about since you have to ask for a receipt. The normal mode is an emailed receipt. Of course yesterday when I called it was the 7th day so I was unable to return the item due to their “policy”. I guess it was incumbent upon ME to feel the sliders when I was at their store to make sure they weren’t frozen together. And it was also MY responsibility to open the pack immediately when I got home to see if it was okay in order to fit within their 7-day return window. I didn’t open the package until I needed it which was 6 days later. Very disappointed with the response that I received. I have reached out to Small Batch to let them know how their product was handled at this retailer. I will be shopping elsewhere.RESPONSE:Your response confirms what I said... really bad customer service. I expected more from a business owner. You assume and accuse me of mishandling the product. The other two bags I purchased were fine. I handled them all the same.I'm not sure where you got your customer service training. As a previous business owner, I didn't need positive reviews from my customers. Their return and repeat business was my "positive review".RESPONSE:You’re a retailer! How silly of me that I would expect you to order items (that I had to prepay) from your supplier and then store them at your retail location where people purchase dog food. I’m done with your ridiculous reply’s. The bottom line is I will take my business to a retail store that actually understands customer service.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!! I had recently visited this store on a trip to Myrtle Beach … Bought items in store and was pleased. Year later decided to order online. I ordered 3 items. 2 items were the exact same brand as another item I had bought in store. So the size should have been the same and even measured. When I received the 2 shirts they were not. They are to tight. I even measured them and compared the measurements with what they had listed on their website! The shirts I received have measurements of the size below the size I ordered. I understand policies of no returns but NOT when the item is NOT as described. I just really wanted the 2 shirts of the size I thought I was getting. EXTREMELY disappointing as I thought very highly of this place. Horrible to think something as simple as hey we would gladly exchange the 2… but nope. Just rude!! It just sucks also bc the items weren’t cheap either and I would have paid to ship back mine and paid to ship the correct sizes ! Highly DO NOT recommend ordering online from them!Replying to your response -Yes the grinch shirt that I bought for my little girl is the same material as the shirt I had bought before. It don’t really even matter about the material… it’s the simple fact that the TAG states the measurements and they are not what I ordered. I measured the shirts when I received. Very unprofessional. I would give negative stars if I could, DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you have any problem with the products sold in their store they will NOT be standing behind them nor assisting you. I purchased a bulk pack of "the Natural Dog Company" odor free bully sticks after the sales woman pointed them out to me as a more cost effective option at $39.99 than purchasing them individually. I buy these for 3 dogs and she stated they were exactly the same as the individual odor free ones. When I opened the package the smell was overwhelming, definitely NOT odor free! I returned to the store for an exchange. I was first told that it was not returnable because it was open and then that all sales were final. What? How would you know that they had an odor if you didn't open the package and secondly they were NOT odor free by a long shot. The woman behind the counter could of cared less and stated, "Well they don't always get all the pee out of them!" I explained that I always purchase that particular brand of odor free bully sticks because they always have been as stated, odor free! I then asked "so you are not going to stand behind the products you sell and contact the company as these are either packaged incorrectly or are defective?" I even opened the package so she could experience the smell for herself and her response was "all sales are final!" I then explained that I will be contacting the company as these are not inexpensive nor as represented, the package clearly states odor free. I walked out to my car, looked up the company's phone number and contacted them right then. They immediately rectified the problem and were more than understanding and sympathic to the stores lack of customer service. I have been able to handle this directly with the company and Precious Paws Boutique has had their FINAL sale from this customer! I suggest you SHOP ELSEWHERE as there are several other service oriented pet boutiques and stores in the area that I am sure would love your business.Response:Once again, not a product I am unfamiliar with as these are the only bully sticks that I use because they are odor free. I have attached a photo that clearly states odor free and as your employee stated they are exactly the same product; therefore they should not have this overwhelming smell. I humbly disagree that you have never had a customer complain as the woman in front of me was complaining about the exact same issue. If you had bothered to talk to the company you would of found out that they have had recently had other complaints regarding this exact issue and are addressing the problem. In response to airing them out, they have been "airing" out for days in my garage awaiting garbage day and haven't gotten any better. While this may be a "little problem" in your opinion and they may be a "fine" product for your dog to consume, it is not the product I purchased and not the product the company represents as "odor free". As to your comment regarding your signage and final sale on the receipt, when I bought them I wasn't offered a receipt and there was no signage visable at the register nor was this expressed to me. I would think as a "small independent business" you would of done your due diligence in working with the company that manufactures these instead of complaining that they don't care. I will continue to purchase their product, but not from your store.

We are from out of town, but come to MB often. We love stopping in here as there are always new pet items to browse. Elizabeth and her wonderful staff are always so helpful. Great selection of quality items at reasonable prices. Store is well organized and clean. We recently purchased a Rover stroller and love it. Elizabeth showed us how to use and fold it and was very helpful in answering our questions. Highly recommend this store for all your pet needs. Dr. Tim
