“Mr. Frank and his entire team at Ship on Site are amazing! We have a PO Box at the location and have most of our packages delivered there to make things easier and more secure. Their system is amazing. My husband gets alerts that we have a package waiting for us. When we arrive, they check our mail for us and quickly hand us the packages. We had passport photos made several times and they always turned out great and were accepted. I had a sign made and laminated which turned out beautiful. Any copies made turned out perfect! We use Ship on Site for all our office needs and will continue to do so. Mr. Frank is fair, knowledgable, and timely. I would highly recommend using this business for any office needs. They take pride in their services and ensure you are a satisfied customer.”
“I just want to say the gentlemen that was in the copy and print area with the glasses ( I should of got his name ) was awesome. He had at least 5 customers not including myself that all wanted different services at the copy & print area. This gentlemen did not skip a beat. In other words he served every guest with a smile he did not get overwhelmed or anything. It was one office max worker that asked me what I wanted but I already email my resume so it can be printed while I waited in line and next thing I know the worker that asked me if I needed assistance went in the back to do something else just to leave his other coworker with no help or assistance. I thought the worker that asked me if I needed help was going to jump in and help his coworker who he clearly saw was busy but I was wrong. He went in the back to do whatever but overall the main person who was at the copy and print service today with the glasses deserve a raise for sure. The next time I am in there I will make sure to get his name to mention it in the next review. No matter where you go speaking for myself there will always be that 1 coworker who is lazy and want to do the less amount of work ( I have experienced that myself with a coworker) instead of jumping in to help like a team. That is how I felt regarding the one worker who went in the back and not help assist his coworker with the customers.”

“I received outstanding service from Francesco. He has assisted me several times for mailing packages. He is very professional, friendly and respectful. He's gone the extra mile several times. Finding a better box for my item to return to a company. Having patience with me when I had just lost a dear loved one. When I was upset that the USPS kept losing the mail I had sent. I knew Fed Ex would come through for me, when the US mail kept failing me. I recently got stuck in a storm, and arrived near closing time. Francesco greeted me and took care of the two packages I needed to ship. I was so grateful for his kindness. He is an exceptional human being!!! Thank you so very much!!”
