The short review: Hands down the best, most professional experience we have ever had with any tradesperson— ever. Timely, professional, skilled, detail-oriented. We will use him for all other bathroom jobs moving forward.
The long answer: I grew up in a construction family and I’m in an industry-adjacent profession myself, so I’m extremely detail-oriented— nothing gets past me.
Rick was never late, never missed a text, never cut a corner or skipped a step, and respected our time and our home. We ended up in a bad situation with another tradesperson and Rick took over and completed the other guys poorly done job with ease.
11/10, don’t look for the cheapest guy, just call Rick.

I highly recommend ProLevel Tiling. My shower was a disaster due to poor workmanship by a previous contractor. Rick came in and redid the entire shower beautifully. He’s very precise with all his work. He was great about answering all my questions and I had many. I know exactly how my new shower was put together and I’m very confidant that I will have no more issues with it.

We live 500 miles from our condo in Surfside Beach, S.C. Two months ago we looked and found Rick Angus of Pro-Level Tiling. After traveling to Surfside Beach, meeting Rick, and picking out Tile and hardware, I left everything in Ricks hands. He even found the right shower door. After a couple of weeks of interacting remotely with Rick, he completed the job. I have only seen pictures; however friends have seen the finished work, and have said it looks fantastic, and that Rick left the condo in spic & span condition. Rick has all the experience, licenses and interest to provide a quality job to anyone who employs him. Great job, Rick. A pleasure to work with you, and we may use you again in the future. Rick did a great job installing my new vinyl plank. See before and after pictures. Rick removed the carpet and wood flooring. He finished with all the trim. Did the job timely and kept the communication lines open at all times. I highly recommend him

A master tile craftsman! Rick is a true professional and craftsman in the tile industry trade! Professional start to finish! Our project was repairing our master shower pan floor which turned into much more of a repair than we imagined, due to improper installation from the previous work that had been done. We didn’t know how much damage was underneath the shower floor floor pan until Rick took it out and we ended up having to replace the entire shower floor and walls and shower glass.. it was more than we had hoped to have to repair, but Rick helped us thoroughly navigate our options and the new shower is wonderful! We are super pleased with how it looks and how super Rick was to work with us! He is a class act, friendly, patient and respectful and a master in his trade! Rick was great to work with. We did a complete bathroom remodel, replacing the tub with a walk in shower. New vanity, new linen closet, removing a door and smoothing out the wall, new tile flooring. Great work, good communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

We Couldn't have asked for a better experience, top notch work Ricky! Ricky was able to work with the elaborate pattern and design we wanted and with his guidance we chose some great grout options to make our design really pop. He works very precisely, with clean cuts and even spacing. He even makes corrections if there's an issue, we found a small chip in a tile from the factory and he took care of it. He is easy going and very professional, it was a pleasure having him here working in our home. I would 10/10 recommend Ricky and his business to anyone I know. Fair competitive pricing and 5 star work. His years of experience definitely show in his products and knowledge of his craft.
