Unfortunately, the front desk person has no customer service skills. Our company has used them many times prior to my employment, but I was not impressed with their tactics and practice of laying blame, especially by telephone. We were quoted a price for pads, but the product was boxed, therefore the owner didn't realize the mistake when he picked them up. No one bothered to bring it to his attention. I sent several emails to get the error corrected, but they refused to answer. We have since discovered MinuteMan is half the price, and the turn-around it 3 days, not 2 weeks as Pronto requires. Beware of the inflated prices.

I love Pronto Press. I've used them for numerous jobs and the quality and professionalism is there. They're quick to get back quotes and to get the job done. I use them for all of our companies business cards, I've used them for "for sale" signs, postcards, mailings, large color print jobs(flyers), rack cards, and now that they own a sign company I hired them to design and install our company street sign. They're seriously incredible and the staff is always kind. Their designs are always top notch as well. I highly recommend Pronto for all of your print needs.

Just had my first experience with Pronto and I couldn't be happier. Ended up here because 1) they're local and 2) their prices for color prints were nearly half of the big chain stores. Was printing a flyer for my music business; the gentleman at the counter suggested an upgrade to glossy stock. I took it, and MAN was he right! The whole transaction took about 10 minutes, and I could not possibly be more pleased with the results. Thank you, Pronto, I'll be seeing you again very soon!!
