This place and staff is horrible. I went in as a collector to observe a donor for a third party. The receptionist was rude to the people in line to come in to take a drug test because she was starving obviously to go to lunch . So when I got to the door, Ms. attitude shewed me away saying we closed .. I’m like can I get a chance to explain that I’m not here for a test, she continued come back after lunch . What a joke . I drove 1 1/2 hrs to assist and she was soo rude.

The Quest Myrtle Beach Location was great. I was in and out. No wait and no hassle. The place was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

So I scheduled an appointment online to get a drug screen for a program at my school. I will admit I am at fault for running a few minutes behind, but was told I needed to come in earlier than my appointment, which nothing was said prior so I was unaware. I did apologize because I came from work an hour away and got stuck in traffic. I am at fault for that not them. But I got there and the lady wasn’t really all that nice and felt like I was being chastised for being late.
My issue is, it said I can make an appointment online at 15:40 to come in for a drug screen. I came with all my information I needed and the appointment confirmation. I was taken back, and after listening to the lady complaining that I wasn’t there early, she ended up saying they stop at 15:00, but nowhere online when I made that appointment that it indicated that. I drove an hour to come here since it was my closest Quest location.
I was luckily able to find another location to complete it at, but wasn’t able to do it there.

I made the appointment online, walked in, signed in and was taken right back. I needed blood work done and I received my results the next day. Super fast and friendly

Not sure of what has happened in the past to have them have 2.7 stars for their average, but I give them five stars. The place was clean. Scheduling my appointment and checking in for my appointment was incredibly efficient and easy. The phlebotomist was extremely professional and I was privileged that it barely even hurt when she stuck me. I will be going back to this location anytime I need labs drawn.

Literally crying over my experience. The lady kept acting like I didn’t just pee in the cup for her and she didn’t believe me. Even had the audacity to ask me “why I was shaking” when I hadn’t eaten that day and only had coffee. Next time I’ll dehydrate myself so my pee doesn’t look too clear and cause suspicion. I’m incredibly offended at the way I was treated. I’ve had three drug tests here now for school and never once been treated that way.

Computer problem, I could not schedule my appointment on line, I walked in the team was nice. A senior lady came in behind me she was unsure how to use the kiosk to check in and the young lady behind the counter walked out front to help her. After the senior was handled, that same lady called my name and helped me right away with a very pleasant attitude. I'm only sorry I did not get her name.

Tried to pay them cash same day bill was due they refused payment several times then waited a yr to send to collections what kinda scam is this why refuse cash payments then send to collections seems unfair I'd suggest finding a place that accepts cash because this place does not the Dr's office accepted cash no problem the quest diagnostics representative would not accept cash payment

Great location for bloodwork. Very quick and easy! Small office, plenty of parking, and no wait whatsoever. Quick kiosk check in. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment, but was brought back immediately. Jackie was fantastic. Perfect vein placement...quick, easy, and no bruising whatsoever. Definitely recommend.
