They have to worst customer service. Throughout the years my children have participated in baseball, I have unfortunately found the customer service experience at Rawlings to be less than satisfactory. We purchased an Icon 2025 bat on August 11, 2024, and by September, it was broken. When I submitted a warranty claim, I was required to ship the bat to California via ground service. This created a significant issue as my son was left without a bat during the fall season.
When I inquired about the possibility of receiving an overnight shipping label for the return, I was informed that this option was not available. I also requested a replacement bat, considering my son had only used it for 30 days, but this request was also denied. As a result, I have spent $400 on a bat that my son has been unable to use, while it is being assessed for repair.
Overall, my experience with customer service has been disappointing, and it feels as though the focus is more on company policy rather than addressing customer needs. I sent them an email about my concerns and all they did was close my case no one reached out to me. No one replied to my email nothing they just close my case. Ignore my complaint and moved on. Apparently, they feel that they don’t need my money or need to have great customer service. What a joke of a company!

Jim and his team are great and easy to work with, both in person and online. While on vacation we found the store and they took such great care of us that the next glove purchase we made through them online. Fast shipping, received in 2 days. Highly recommend this store.

Purchased a hype fire. Bat is hot, but do not buy .. it will bust and you have a better chance meeting the Pope before you get it back or even a email. We sent pictures in and now they want more. I guess so they can stare at. Will not be purchasing anything from them again.
