Needed to have inserts in my rings too adjust them in size. The Manager of the store Tim, who assisted me, was so welcoming, calm, not pushy, very helpful and personable.

Always great service at Reeds. I came in to get a bracelet repaired that I mistakenly thought I had purchased there. Turned out that I had purchased it at another retailer (insert forehead slap). Tim came out, saw what was wrong and quickly repaired it for me. I'm grateful for their friendly service. Thank you!
