Retro Active is a must-visit if you’re into anything retro—from 70s rock bands and 80s cartoons to 90s pop culture. The store is packed wall-to-wall with T-shirts, vinyl records, mugs, posters, and collectibles that take you straight down memory lane. It’s like stepping into a time capsule in the best way possible.
Some items are a bit pricey, but you’re paying for uniqueness and quality. The layout can feel a little tight when it’s crowded, but it adds to the treasure-hunt vibe. Staff were chill and helpful when needed.
Perfect stop while exploring Broadway at the Beach. Highly recommend for anyone who grew up on MTV, cassette tapes, or Saturday morning cartoons!

Super awesome store! They have posters, hats, blind bags (for shirts), shirts, sweaters, mugs, puzzles, records, socks, lanyards, funkos, etc. I see people complaining about the prices here but to me it’s all valid! You’re getting high quality everything + everything is actual licensed merchandise. The only thing I disliked about the place was how small it was because I wanted to see more of this cool place! And the fact that it’s a smaller business, I need one near WV, would become a regular customer lol. Def recommend checking it out. Also, don’t be a jerk and steal. Don’t be THAT guy!! You’ll ruin it for the rest of us who respect small businesses (especially the ones as rad as this one). The owner was super nice (at least I thought it was the owner) they offered to help me find stuff I was looking for or find something to spend my last few bucks on. Cool store = cool owner/staff. I’m a teen and this checked all the right boxes for me, also checked my 40 yr old parents’! It’s made for everyone who enjoys the “retro” vibe and the awesome looks and sounds from the past. Will be coming here again either tomorrow or the following day. Sick store to visit while on vacay!! PS- they have youth stuff too.. get something for the kid!

Really awesome store with some unexpected finds. Every inch of this store is crammed with something nostalgic and it's really awesome with some hidden gems you wouldn't expect to find as well.
Their second store, not so much. I held out thinking some of the stuff I wanted might be at that location instead due to timeframe activity but was disappointed. Skip that one.
But this one!! Totally worth the stop :)
