Everyone working was so rude and disrespectful. I never make reviews but this service is awful. A pair of shoes were obviously dirty and I asked for a reduced price and got treated like I was a problem.

I am highly disappointed by the customer service I witnessed at this store! The staff was extremely rude and hateful to the woman in front of me in line, I caught the name Betty on one of the nametags but the manager on duty was awful too.
I am in the customer service business myself so I know that customers/guests can deserve some attitude sometimes, and “the customer is always right” motto isn’t always the case, but this woman didn’t get an ounce of respect from this staff from the start and I was outraged on her behalf.
Unbelievably nasty behavior. Do better.

The older lady standing by the dressing rooms was insanely rude for absolutely no reason.

Walked out because the line was extending out of the aisle the whole time I was there. I ly 2 register open. All the sizes I checked were on the wrong labeled hangars so I gave up looking. Wanted to buy an organizer but there was no price tag.

The prices here are so so so good. I can’t leave here without at least getting new glassware or a 10$ dress. They have things specifically I like. I love unique kitchen items and they have it on the cheap. I frequent Ross like at least once a week, things are always changing.
