One of the boys working there Saturday at 4:00pm is very very condecending and should never work in the service industry. He has no idea what people may be going through and should always be nice. He sarcastically said he would pray for me but needs to pray for himself to be a better clerk. Sure isn't a good fit for that position.

I have gone to this store for 3 years now and for the past two weeks I have had nothing but negative experiences. I buy a pack of cigarette and 2 cigars 2 drinks and sometimes a couple snacks or candy. And they all know me and my boyfriend get the same thing everyday. I understand that we get ID'd for the new employees bc they don't know us yet. My boyfriends ID is a little worn but still shows age and is scannable and she wouldn't take it. Everyone there knows both of us

I will send a letter to the corporate office for the bad behavior of the might be a female employee there today!! I have never in my life been cussed at by an employee, because it felt being on their cell phone was more important than the person in front of them, then proceeded to cuss because i asked for a lottery drawing, I was g owing to ask them to toss the paper in the trash while they had a meltdown but thought better of it and just left the paper on the counter. This employee came outside to my car to call me rude!!! REALLY! How interesting, when you were on the phone and cussing the entire time I was in the establishment. What gives you the right? And then to tell me to go to another sales person, NO!!!! You need to get another job! And then to cuss my mother, that’s not your place to cuss my deceased mother, you really need to find other employment Scotchman/Shell really should fire you your behavior is deplorable and beyond anything I’ve ever encountered! No employee should ever act in the manor you have on 1/13/2024 at 2:30pm. I will contact the corporate on this ma’am/sir or whatever you are!!!!

Walked in to get zyn nicotine pouches ice cream and some drinks, while my girlfriend accompanied me. While checking out I handed my ID to the cashier. That wasn’t enough. He needed to see my girlfriends ID as well. She didn’t have her wallet so I couldn’t be served. I guess leave your kid in the car if they don’t have ID.

This Scotchman is the only convenient store I know of that has decided to keep their store hours 24/7 since the pandemic started, and I'm super thankful for that. My household works weird hours, and we live close, so it's really nice to have somewhere nearby we can go to for something quick at any hour of day. Every employee in there is always very nice.

I've spent over 200 per month in here for 3 years. (Btwn this one and one across the road.) This one is clean. Employees' bad behavior at these stores is always ignored... But yesterday the lot cleaner.. short, rotund man with ponytail blew his entire stack of parking lot filth directly at my car. Since I was sitting in it smoking with coffee I'd just purchased, the debris not only went all over my car; it also came inside. I had signaled to him I was pulling out, but he ignored it. What a horrible thing to do. And no one cared that I'm older and disabled. Seems he's married to a woman in management.

They have this big seating area for you to eat, but their food selection is disappointing. As far as hot food, they had one hot dog and a couple of taquitos in a small heating cabinet. No pizza or other ready-to-eat food. They have a decent selection cold food and sandwiches (nah). Completely unimpressive. Waste of a space as far as seating area... I never see anybody sitting down and eating. Because there's nothing to eat but cold sandwiches and boiled eggs and boring stuff.
