Store isn't that clean and very cluttered. Staff there isn't friendly and the lottery is always off when a certain clerk works.

Went to get a pack of spirits cig and had a $4 coupon on phone .. said it wasn’t working and just sat there and the lost the $ 4 coupon .. another customer came in and asked for a pack and I said hope you don’t have a coupon and the clerk said “ He probably doesn’t need one “ I have her picture and I will report her !!!

Had some major car issues resulting in having to have a tow truck come to the store. The associate Glen was so polite understanding and helpful it was amazing. There are still some good people in the crazy world and he certainly is one of them. His demeanor and customer service I hope leads me into a Management position immediately. Customer service like that should never go unappreciated or noticed. Glen I sincerely Thank You

The store clerk David is very rude, prejudice, ignorant and disrespectful! He has horrible customer service skills and should be fired. Visiting Myrtle Beach stay away from this convenient store there are many others to chose from!

Refused service for lottery. Dave who says he is the assistant manager, refused to sell me powerball because I did not say exactly what he wanted for me to buy tickets. When I said I would like 5, 4 dollar tickets, he said maam you need to say power up and power ball extra. Im like, this is what I say and no one else has had a problem. He then stated he would not sell me tickets. What a joke. Also, at this location they will not cash in winners as they are not allowed to keep money in their drawer. Wonder why with people like Dave..... As I live on this street, I will let people know.....

I experienced the worst customer service in my life. The male cashier would not sale me a lottery ticket because he said he had a line. The customers behind me said they was not in a rush. I stay in a family condo in walking distance, I would not spend another dime there. October 27, 2022

The worst experience I've ever had at a gas station the manager curses in front of children very rude to people so are drinking in the parking lot in her car saw her physically push people out of the store good luck at this place

The clerk randomly accused my girlfriend of buying beer and rolling papers with a fake ID (she was on the phone with her mother the whole time, she was buying gas only). She ran out and was on the phone giving the plates info as my girlfriend was leaving. We called every police station to see where the report went in. No offices had any such report. I believe she was trying to traffick my girlfriend. Do not go to this gas station. We are currently try to pursue legal action.

Ignorant uneducated staff/owners. Spent 400 dollars in gas for my RV and went to go buy a PACK OF CIGARETTES and the old miserable mutt at the counter told me she could not take my CANADIAN DRIVERS LICENCE because the owners do not except that as a form of ID. I'm sorry, what else would you like me to show you? Would you like me to pull my passport out of my butt because that form of identification is any of your business? Learn to run a business and start hiring customer focused individuals. Not a good first impression in your state! Will be passing along this to the city hall!
