Our 16 year old Kenmore range needed two parts which are obsolete, so the technician Ben did everything he could and gave us the bad news. He is a professional and experienced technician and we appreciated all the information he gave us.

The technician kept me apprised of his anticipated arrival time and was professional and courteous. He replaced the dishwasher motor, being careful to keep the area clean and checked for operating and leaks before leaving. The worst part of the entire process, having nothing to do with the technician, was the inability to actually SPEAK to someone at the Sears home repair #. Extremely frustrating and I’m almost to the point where I want to cancel my service contract. So final rating on a scale of 1 to 5,Technician 5, Customer Service # 1. Do better please Sears.
