Probably the worst gas station experience. Pulled up to the pump, and wanted to use cash and on the pump it says to insert cash. I tried and didn’t work. Walked over to the service counter in the front, and not a worker to be seen for at least ten minutes in the sweltering heat. Knocked multiple times. Walked over to the drive thru window, and there was a bell so I pushed it. Walked back over to the walk up counter and finally a woman appeared from the back and saw me but then saw a car pull up and chose to help them first. At this point I’m pouring sweat. She finally walks over after another few minutes, and I explained I wanted to use cash but couldn’t get it to work and she rudely told me they stopped using them. Wouldn’t you think you’d put a sign or tape over them? Anyways, paid for the gas and walked back over, took the pump out and selected my grade. It then prompted me to lift the handle, but the handle is literally bolted down. It would not allow me to pump my gas. Tried walking back over to the counter and she continued to ignore me and finally I gave up and tried selecting a different grade and after a few minutes it finally worked. I’d suggest getting your equipment in order as well as your staff.

i was there on 6/23/24. at almost 6 in the morning to get a drink and online it says they are open 24 hours and when i pulled up nobody was there but there open signs was on and visible but like i said nobody was there, knocked on the window. blew my horn and still nothing. if there is nobody there then the open sign doesnt need to be on or visible

Open 24 hrs. Just be aware of your surroundings at night the area is a little sketchy

Kristy was so helpful with helping me today. I like the convenience of the drive up. Back home in Ohio we have a lot of drive thru gas stations, but I don’t see many in the area.

Stopped this shell station twice in past week. There was a young African American woman working. The first time she was just plain rude. The second time I stopped she was staring out the window, when I knocked on the window to get her attention, she gave me an "eat shit" look and then turned away to continue staring out the window. Not stopping there again and will spread the word if what a terrible experience I had. J

Went to purchase gas late night and wanted to rid my car of excess quarters from the carwash. Was advised by Terry he didn’t need any change and told me he could refuse if he had too much change. Terry then discussed being called in on his day off and event went as low as to say I was harassing him for not taking change. Are quarters not money?! IDidn’t even get a chance to use my rewards!!! This guy has a super nasty attitude as bad as his appearance! I think he assumed I was a black guy he could feed bs to and expect to believe it. Really funny how my intelligence was recognized and he became victim. I really need to speak to someone regarding this matter.
