I went in November which is off season so the restaurant on the property was closed - but this hotel is conveniently located to the new Boardwalk plaza (Broadway at the Beach?) with Paula Deens restaurant and so much more. We will be back!

My husband and I stay here November 20th for 2 nights. Upon check in you're given a card which tells you to strip the sheets, bundle the dirty towels, take out the trash and run the dishwasher. When we arrived, we found the trash from the previous guest, lots of black hair in the tub and a used bath towel hanging. I always was surprised to see a charge of $10.00 per day for parking.
I do not recommend staying here.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sheraton Broadway Plantation, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. When I first got to my room, I found blood on the sheets, which was obviously pretty upsetting. I changed the sheets myself and was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. On top of that, the shower door hinge was broken, which meant water leaked all over the bathroom floor whenever I tried to take a shower..
I brought all of these issues to the attention of the front desk, but no one offered any sort or compensation and the front desk acted very indifferent and non caring. As a Sheraton timeshare owner who’s visited multiple locations around the country, I have to say this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. It definitely put a damper on my trip.
I truly hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests and invests in better training for the front-desk staff, who serve as the face of the Sheraton/Marriott brand. This was a completely subpar experience, and the Sheraton Broadway Resort should be embarrassed by how these situations were handled—especially when it comes to the treatment of owners. Guests should never feel dismissed or unsupported, and this stay fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect.

We love this resort, as it has so many things too do along with several outdoor pools (including an great area for kids with a pirate ship and other funs things) and hot tubs as well as an indoor pool! It has two Pickleball courts, another tennis court along with all the equipment to enjoy each!! A good gym and a basketball court!! One of our favorite resorts!!
the location is awesome, within walking distance from Broadway on the beach and only 1 mile away from the beach and 1.5 miles from the MB famous Sky wheel and boardwalk!

Was able to pick up a 5 day stay for a very reasonsble price.. Activities galore, clean facilities and tight security .. can't wait for the next trip

We visit this resort every few years. I really appreciate the kitchen and clothes washing machine/dryer in each unit. Having the little conveniences while vacationing make a huge difference! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Any issues are fixed quickly!

This is part of the Marriott vacation club. This place is not on the beach but it is within walking distance often Broadway at the beach. Pool aera was nice as well as the rooms. This is way better than a hotel.

We stayed and chose this place because of all the stuff they had to do for our children. It turned out to be a mistake. One lady was absolutely APPALLING!!! She was RUDE to me AND my two kids. Not to mention the way she talked to other employees -- we WERE SHOCKED!!! I don't do these kind of reviews but I could not BELIEVE this was someone who is supposed to be working in a kid friendly environment. My husband asked another staff member her name and it was Janine or Janelle or something. Maybe staff people who like kids and treat other people with RESPECT!!

We visited for a few days after staying at the Marriott Grand Dunes for the majority of the week. The location is pretty good about USD $15 to the airport and right next to Broadway at the Beach. It is, however, a car ride to the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms were very nice and laid out well. My experience was that service was a bit slow because the resort was short staffed with staff having to fill roles they don't normally work in (i.e. bartending). Despite this, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
