The owner needs to learn simple customer service skills. She is awfully hateful and doesn't listen. I walked in and asked for a box and help with packing and she was just so grouchy like I was bothering her and kept telling me the box I brought wouldnt work etc when I walked in asking for a box. Her remarks were to belittle me instead of giving advice. Will not be back.

A very good place for all your shipping needs, as well as being a Notary, great location for the Forestbrook area, the owner has worked hard on improvements regarding the previous unkind reviews.
Anyone who works this hard on the care of our abandoned and abused animals deserves our understanding and your business, being a keeper of Reptiles, I fully endorse her commitment, and deserves our support, there is too much apathy in the world for our pets, here is someone working on making a difference.

I agree with other comments about the place being filthy and filled with cats. Very unprofessional. The cats were crawling all over the counter, fax machine, cash register, rubbing up against my legs... I am very allergic to cats. I would never have gone into this place had I known it was like that! I was so disappointed because the shipping facility was in a good location for me. I will not go back.

Seems more like a cat rescue than a shipping location. The smell of urine and ammonia is ungodly, very unsanitary and unpleasant.

Disgusting. I went in there today and I counted at least a dozen cats in the office. It’s great if you love cats to take care of them and all, but not in a place of business. I’ll never go back.

While trying to get a quote they didn't even let me finish my sentence when I was saying it's higher than other quotes I've gotten and hung up in my face. Wow great customer service.

Stay away if you have cat allergies. I counted 6 cats in the establishment. Who knows how many in the back. Two on the desk in close proximity to customers. The service rep offers no greeting upon entering and barely give set contact. Such a convenient location it's unfortunate that it's not more welcoming to consumers.

They call me 1 week before the pick up and gave me a price. Then 2 days before the movers came went over what there were picking up room by room Cost went up 1200 then the movers came and the bill went up 5000. Started at 3100 end at 9600 and they knew what was going in the truck.. I would never deal with them..They low ball you to get you to sign
