I came to just return some of the equipment the for some reason can’t just have the guy who installs the wifi take and waited 45 mins while 2 employees just stood around on their phones doing nothing. Honestly if my complex didn’t have a contract with them I would never use them.

This was about two weeks ago Cynthia was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the service and products.
Was able to share to get money back on prepaid AT & T phone. Cynthia, was able to assists us where before getting there was mislead as my husband put it. They were busy and having 3 employees they were all polite worked together as a good team, this would include Hugo & Eric.

This location is horrible. Literally sat there just now for an hour only to see them call one person from the waiting list up. Then see that waiting list get to 19 people. They’re also was over seven people working with only one person taking care of customers….management needs to change at this location. It is horrible.

Went to exchange a modem and Cynthia asked about my cell provider and told me about the deals Spectrum is offering and it is a great deal. She was knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Had some issues with my Internet even with the modem and the third technician Matt had it diagnosed and running better than ever in under an hour. I was very impressed with both of them.

Spectrum has the worst cable/internet service with the highest prices in myrtle beach. I left them years ago for htc and their annoying solicitors still ring my doorbell monthly with their garbage offers. HTC is better hands down.

Poor customer service. Wouldn’t tell me anything about my grandmothers account even though we were returning her equipment and they could accept that without my ID. Immediately told to put our name in a tablet while 3 employees are standing or sitting on there computers. Btw my grandma is in a home out of state.

Extremely inefficient, 0 care for customers time
This store is a joke and offer little to nothing for guests coming in over 1 hour to return equipment with 4 people In line and 0 sense of urgency
