Apparently you can’t call the actual store which is pathetic. The one kid who helped me (shorter, skinny, man bun, glasses) helped me with switching to spectrum during a promotion where if I switch from Verizon to spectrum I’d get free phone for a year with cable and WiFi. Well he never told me if I owed money on my phone I’d have to pay off the whole balance and Verizon just charged me $555. What a great deal. NEVER would have done this promotion had I know that. Absolute false advertising or your worker just sucks at his job. I’d go to the store myself but I live in NJ.

Tonight when I got off work my wife and I came by to transfer our service from Verizon to Spectrum. She arrived before I did and when I got there it was about 7:15. The store closed at 8 and I realize coming in at 7-7:15 it’s getting close to closing time but there was nobody else in the store and they had plenty of time to take care of a new customer to their service. The gentlemen who helped my wife was short and to the point almost like he wished we didn’t come in near closing time. After coming home to a new iPhone, which is typically an exciting time, I became frustrated when nothing was transferred over when I thought that was taking place at the store. Not only did I have to do it myself, he never checked what size my old phone was and gave me a new iPhone 15+ with half the storage. My old 13 was a 256GB device and now I am a proud owner of a 128GB device(which currently has 112GB of storage). That doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when I rely on my phone for my career, it makes for an issue I never wanted to have. I am excited for the more cost effective service spectrum provides but the customer service aspect was definitely lacking with this location.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. The most god awful experience. As if the service wasn’t bad enough, try closing your account. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. It’s no wonder that most people I know are dropping this horrible company. See ya.

Gavin freeman, store specialist at 3068 Dock Pond Rd, Myrtle Beach just finished helping me with many problems with my iPhone. He was so quick and cleaned up what I screwed up and got my Gmail corrected that I screwed up. Honestly I give that young man so much Credit. For the time he spent working for me on my phone. Please recognize him for his intelligence and customer relations

Drove 45 minutes to this store because online hours told us they were open until 8:00. There is no store number located online. Once we got to the store, the door was locked with the hours just changed for the day we had arrived. A store employee then rudely directed us to the sign on the door after seeing we were outside. Spectrum overcharged me on my first month of internet as well. They promised us a GB of speeds with the amount we pay and we haven’t even been getting half that. They are telling us we have to pay for WiFi Pods and pick them up in stores, but the store was not open even though they were advertised as such online. This drive was an extreme waste of time and our internet speeds are still poor. We have yet to have a positive experience with Spectrum despite just having enrolled with Spectrum in the last month.

This is absolutely ridiculous every other day my wifi goes in and out, and today my wifi has been out since 10:30 this morning. It is now 6:49 at night and i still do not have wifi, and what makes it worse is they monopolized myrtle beach to where i can’t even go with a different internet provider. This is unacceptable.

Don’t waste your time with this store. Every single employee is lazy. I had an appointment on Sunday. They wouldn’t honor the appointment because they were closing 45 minutes later. Really? The kid didn’t want to work the last 45 minutes of his shift. Went back today and Sandra was packing up her things before I was even finished. She said she was emailing my receipts. I didn’t receive it. So now I have no proof of purchase or of my trade in. I called Spectrum and they said a receipt wasn’t generated. I have to go back to the store if I want a receipt. I just spent 2 hours there and now you want me to go back. One of the employees was sleeping at his station. This isn’t the first time I’ve been to the store and the employee didn’t want to do anything. The last time I was there Daniel was annoyed because I went in to set up my phone after transferring from Verizon. He told me I could do it myself at home. I told him I tried and it didn’t work. Turned out they didn’t even have my correct number to the SIM card. So no, there was no way I could’ve done it myself. He just didn’t want to work and he was very annoyed I went to the store. It showed in his attitude the whole time I was there. I will be looking for a new carrier. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had the good fortune of having Josh as my sales representative this week. I came in thinking that I needed one type of phone and he carefully explained to me why that would not work for me. I ordered the phone he recommended and he was very patient to explain to me how everything worked and demonstrated the operation of this iPhone to me. He very willingly took the time and effort to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone, all the while smiling and being very positive and carefully checked the accuracy of the transfer. Not only was he a pleasure to deal with but his product knowledge made my shopping experience much more valuable.

Went to the store to get service for a new property I bought. Everything was going perfect, until I asked about who was going to do the installation, he replied with an attitude: "You are"... I had to ask if there was a way some tech can go to the house, oh yeah is $60 call this number. ??♂️??♂️. Customer service is the main reason people go to the stores, if you can't or don't like to do a good Customer service then go find another job.

Gavin and Sandra are unbelievable and so helpful, especially at literally the last minute and even stayed to help me during closing. I was getting ready to travel to South America the next morning and showed up right before closing the night before at 7:30 and they were able to get me all straightened out before I left, and I can’t thank them enough! ? ?

Lady on the phone misinformed us about several things, chatted in and was told we could go in store to get our equipment. Gavin helped us and he was awesome and quick to get us in and out ☺️

The associates are great but because it's a store and not just a place to pay your bill, return/pickup equipment or remove/add services, you are going to have a wait. I had to wait 45 minutes to be helped. Not fun. Don't forget to check in at the kiosk at the door or it will be even longer.
