Poor customer service. Was denied the use of the restroom for my small child. Will not return to this location, and will be willing to pay higher prices down the road for better service.

My Wife used their restroom today and said that it was the worst restroom that she has ever been in. The toilets were full of feces and toilet paper all over the floor. Does anyone ever clean the restrooms? This is a huge public health issue. Come on management please do your job!

The people during the day are ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL, however, late night/ early morning staff is curt, rude and unhelpful. I will never visit this store again in the late hours/ early morning- not worth feeling like you are being an inconvenience by GIVING A COMPANY YOUR MONEY. Train your staff. Disgusting

In the 5 years that I've lived here I really try hard not to come to this Speedway gas station unless it is absolutely necessary (like gas). At the gas pumps I have NEVER received a receipt at any of the gas pumps. OMG it's really not that hard to put paper in the machine.

Denied ability to use the restroom, Matt the CLERK and manager/owner said no, which is awful when you need to go. Claimed because I wasn't buying anything I wasn't allowed, and needed to leaveWendys was attached to this gas station which we bought food from. They mentioned it wasn't open due to theft, the clerk suggested I use the restroom outside in the bushes. Very gross and unprofessional. Inhumane and. Humiliating. I will contact the BBB.

I don't want to cause any issues; who's responsible to start blocking up the doors of the restrooms next to Wendy's? Heck not only that man told this Wendy's employee twice, but he SERIOUSLY didn't even know there's an emergency and people short handed?Understand whatever happened before she had to use the restroom and leave for an emergency, but that man who sounded harsh to my friend? He literally failed to know she has not just a social anxiety, she has both learning disability and autism spectrum. If he is mad at her over it but fail to know she tried to verbally apologize?He made her feel upset and someone got mad at her causing half of a panic attack tonight. Just about couple hours ago. Me and anonymous members feel that this man or management, they should NEVER be so hard on someone who's been through a lot. Miscommunication or not?Hope they may have to think of what someone's going through besides themselves? They never know what she's going through, and she's feeling really horrible when she tried to fix things, even in a emergency time like this. It's sound to me they just lost a supportive customer.Try be understanding and improve better. I'm just shocked and appalled of the indescribable situation.

Worst convenient store! Why would you close the bathroom in a 24 hour gas station/convenience store? There is nothing convenient about that.Bathroom closes at 10 pm ppl so God forbidden you have an emergency any later than that.

We went to this gas station daily. We used to use it to fill all our trucks and the coolers. Today after spending 100 on fuel only had 75 cents left in pocket for a refill and I was 30 cents short. Not only over priced for the refill but the lady wouldn’t sell it to us. Ended up having to pour it out.
