I think there crooked .my car was towed in with slot of my possessions. Jewey tools and expensive items no it wasn't them that had it towed it's was the city .which there just as crooked tagging vehicles lying on people telling there car tag was expired and flat tires .and I kept a pump in tmy car to make sure it didn't go flat .but what goes around comes around .and if any of my things get missing in there storage they will be sued and put to shame .they best hope nothing is missing .not only that charging 25 dollars a day for storage and almost 100 too 200 to get out of towing they know there basically starling people's vehicles who charges that out rageozs price to just let something sit there I m aware there should be a fee to store it but 150 awerk that's robbery .and I believe God is going to shut them down.they think like alit that they been in business to long but can't close down .think again.i be seen Kmart Walgreens restaurant and others shut down.and it's coming you don't rob people to get rich. And like I said one thing missing will be sued .guess who..well to answer your reply just like all the rest reviews that have said I wereluars and never got any letter so don't know where they sent those papers must been last know address. So they had to come back and don't believe the city sets a price of storage 25 dollars per car for storage that lie.andbthat what most business do is lie to look good .never got anything .and was no human waisted in my vechiled as well as defpted tires and bumper messed up.evetytime u hear something different as why my car was towed in .and didn't have nothing that the police or city could have it towed .all it liars in this money racket city.ehat goes around comes around .my tags and everything was good and nobody has God fooled.whst people wouldn't lie to keep there business or job.andbagsin I don't believe for one minute the city tell u to charge 25 dollars a day for storage .that 600 a month and that's stealing people property..God will take care of every single one who lied and done .don't need to reply back with your excuses .yes it like I said the police had it towed but the manager in the city hall told they did. So your were doingwhat they told but as far as 600 a moth to let a vechile set that stealing .don't bother to reply back g God will put. Those who done to me to shame ..like it states what I do to others will be done might not be right off buit will happen also had valuable stuff in my car jewelry jump box all my papers social security and birth certificate and was told when I came to get my tags it was a law and couldn't get them even...

They were fast friendly and they allowed me to schedule a pickup at 9:00 in the morning the next day and showed up 5 minutes to 9:00

Well my wonderful 2018 Nissan rogue had me stranded today luckily I was able to pull over into a parking lot in the shade go into the grocery store and get some ice cream to ease my nerves. Once everything settled down I was able to make a phone call to a local shop who gave me a number to strand towing and they were able to get to me pick me up and drop me off within an hour. For that I am so grateful.

Towing service .they towed the vehicle and was very corporative with letting me pick up my vehicle later at night around 10 or 11 pm however I'm not sure if the items in my vehicle were stolen before after the fact.I guess I'll never know.

Came to Myrtle Beach bike week with some friends. They got in to a motorcycle accident their 1st day here. (car pulled out in front of them) Robert with Strand Towing was amazing. He worked with us on a time to get the bike from his lot and helped with the whole loading process which took a while with the type of damaged caused. Great guy to deal with. We highly recommend this company and Robert. Again Thanks Man.

They we kind even tho out cars got towed in the middle of the night. Guess some apartments complex take it seriously when it comes to parking in non approved spots.But when I figured out where my cars went I called them twice and gave me a price and time I had to come get them. The 1st I called was like 550am and the person was rude and told me he call me back never did so I waited a couple of hrs called again.

I called to get information about a job after a friend of there recommendation. Well as I was breaking down my situation I get hung up on. No call back. Just another example of a tow company being not only Unprofessional but disrespectful to there brothers and sisters in the tow world.Thank you for your time & I hope this helps the next person who thinks about applying here.

I recently had a car towed there ,and I called and he said all I needed was the title in my name, which I had... Call back with the cash ,and all of a sudden I needed the plates and insurance to be in my name ..the DMV said I had 30 days to transfer them ...so $25 a day over Xmas. We are talking about 4 days. And I was suppose to go get the plates and insurance transferred at the DMV... I'm not made of $$$$ ..THIS WHOLE THING MADE ME LOSE MY VEHICLE... SO NO THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I HIGHLY recommend NOT going there. If you have a choice. The police and Strand towing WORK TOGETHER. Not in a good way either!!!!!
