With the recent change in ownership, I have seen many positive internal changes, while still experiencing the same kind employees, exceptional customer service, and quality work. Go elsewhere they are unreliable. Their equipment has broken before, They can’t do next day pickup and don’t have a tailor to repair a belt loop.

I've been bringing my dry cleaning to Sunny Cleaners since I moved down here about four years ago. The lady behind the counter is always very friendly, the service is good, and the turnaround is prompt.

Where do I begin? I have taken clothes here twice. The first time I got back a shirt that looked like it had never been cleaned. This time I took in 13 pieces to be cleaned, upon my pick up time I received back 9 pieces??????? This is not the first time in my life this has happened so I figured no big deal they would find my clothes. They did the following day and told me to come and pick them up the following day after 5 when their deliveries would be there. Another person was working and looked at me like I was crazy. She was absolutely uncaring and said they were not there. This is now the third trip to this place. The following day I had to call again and the original person was there and said they would be in hopefully today and that she would call me back when it arrived. Finally, I got the call, hopped In the car for the fourth trip and they were there. Yay!!!! Then she says your total is -----. Funny you might think she might say, sorry for the inconvenience, We are sorry, don't worry about the charge, anything....... Nope just like I was there for the first time picking up my shirts. Now, I have opened the bag and it looks like these haven't been cleaned and they smell like smoke???? There are many other options in Myrtle Beach besides this place. Take some damn pride in what you do. At this point I don't even want to call as I absolutely don't think anyone cares. Hopefully someone will buy this place and fix it. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! Far, Far away.

Took two sweaters and one pair pants to be dry cleaned to the Carolina Forest location first time ever on April 5th. Lady at desk very ornery. Picked up today April 8th. All three dry cleaned items shrunk and did not remove dirt spots. pants were not even pressed. Same rude lady at counter. Unbelievable! She then insulted me by saying I was from the North as I had never been to her cleaner before. Moved to Charleston in 1982 from Iowa at 23 yrs old.

Randy saved my best friends wedding. She lost track of time and forgot to grab her fiancés suit before they closed. I frantically emailed from their website and Randy called me back within minutes. He had left for the day but turned right around and met us at the store. He now has a customer for life. Thanks Randy!

I have had a bad experience at the Sunny Cleaners on more than one occasion. Once they cleaned my bedspread then jammed it into the bottom of the bag and delivered it to be in a wrinkled mess. Then I brought a top in that was again delivered to me in a wrinkled mess, far more wrinkles than when I first brought it in. These are the worst dry cleaners if I could I would give them a zero stars

After trying to find this place for no less than 30 mins, I gave up. The employees were barely more functional that having no directions at all. I tried google maps, Apple Maps, and simple instructions from the staff. According to the digital world, this place exists. According to the physical world, it doesn't. You would think the staff could possible step outside their shop for 2 seconds to wave so I could figure out where they are. Nope. I drove the 1000 feet to Coastal Laundry. That was a good experience.
