My Great Nephew had lots of thick hair. Tia was very helpful and asked him many
questions about the cut just to make sure everyone would be happy with the cut, especially my nephew, Robert. He was going to give her a 5 star Google review before leaving Myrtle Beach but ran out of time. Tia was good with kids and he got a nice cut. Thank you TIA!!. ?

Owner and barber (Brian) told me he would beat the breaks off of me because I asked him the send policy. Very rude and disrespectful guy and shouldn’t be talking to a 15 year old in this manner

Made an appointment for 1:45 got there 1:40. Was told they are running behind. Sat there till 2:30 and left. Why they take appointments I don’t know. Never again

My third time visiting Supercuts, I booked online just a day in advance. It's mostly walk-ins, so sometimes you may have to wait 5 to 10 minutes while they finish the person before you. Always a clean shop and great staff. I have tried other barbers in the area, but I was paying $20 for beard and $45 for hair before tip, and I would have to book up to 3 weeks out. Sylvia does as great of a job with my skin fades in half the time, and I just get hair done for $22 before tip. The other staff do great work as well, but I'm a creature of habit when it comes to haircuts, so I always book again with Sylvia. She works Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9-6 if I remember correctly, and I couldn't suggest her enough!
Requested style: Skin Fade aka Bald Fade
Hair type: I have very straight hair with a widows peak and numerous cow licks so it's not the easiest to cut but Sylvia always leaves me looking fresh.
Stylist: I booked with Sylvia she does a great job with fades and is always a great conversationalist.

I have been going there since I moved here 4 years ago. Love the staff. But yesterday was a very off day. I had made an appointment on line. When I get there I was greeted as always told the girl I had an appointment and I sat. I know they take their time. Knew it would be a few minutes. I almost walked out, I waited 45 minutes. I wasn't happy. Also noticed their prices went up again. That's twice in a year. Might be looking for a new place.
Yes I know the price still isn't bad but still.
