When my phone screen broke I ended up at the Tmobile corporate location because I couldn't dial or text since my keyboard was gone. They quickly hooked me up with a phone to call in my claim and assisted me until the claim went through. The store was very busy but the guys working were friendly & professional and greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you for all your help getting my new phone sent overnight even though it was a holiday and an ice storm . I apologize for not getting their names. They deserve praise . I've been with Tmobile for 20+ years and will never change! Great job Tmobile.

Not the best experience. Went with my mom to T-Mobile to get on her plan. I don’t want to embarrass him so I would rather not say his name but he was pretty sarcastic and it was very odd he remembered my passcode to my phone- he never actually let me open my phone which was definitely weird. He didn’t use a new SIM card, he used the one from my mom’s old phone. He seemed extremely inpatient but he acted like he knew what he was doing. We left there, phone was working fine but I had no cellular data if I wasn’t connected to WiFi. Long story short, I ended up calling customer service tmobile the lady the helped me was fantastic! She told me that the coworker that helped me, never turned on my data on my new plan. So that was definitely frustrating. But I’m glad it got resolved!

Both my husband and I would love to give David Bollock, the manager, 5+ stars. We have been in multiple times over the past few weeks due to phone issues. First, my husband, got me a new phone without me present to pick it out. He bought me the Mobile Edge. Do NOT get this phone it's HORRIBLE!! There's a reason it's free. Spare yourself the pain and pay for a phone. We had multiple issues with this piece of junk and David was so patient and knowledgeable to help us. Not only did he have to replace the lemon I received but had to fix all sorts of other weird issues. He patiently resolved them. A few weeks later, my husband's phone went out and David replaced his Samsung with a smile. Many props to David! Thank you, David Bullock!!

I went into a t-mobile store to purchase an auxcord and they didn't have them. A month later that store permanently closed. Just now I attempted to purchase a screen protector. They didn't have any. T-mobile is on it's way out like Suncom.

I was impressed. After spending the night before on the phone for an hour and a half with two different people from the Philippines, we went into the store to find Jack, he greeted us and said we will find out if there are any issues. Well, there were plenty. My wife was very unhappy and frustrated. Jack very quickly got things accomplished, and we left with smiles. Very thorough and very good at what he does for the customer.

Took a lady from our church there because her phone was broken. She was serviced by Jeffery the Associate Manager. He was so wonderful and accommodating! Displaying so much patience (lady from another country) and went out of his way to ensure she received the best of service and got the right phone for her needs! Some might’ve tried to take advantage of this lady who was really unfamiliar with the whole process but not Jeffery! His integrity and professionalism was such a joy to observe! At 23, one might have expected impatience and a hurried desire to make a bigger sale but Jeffery put her in a “free” phone simply by changing her payment method! Thank you Jeffery for being the “man” you are and TMobile us lucky to have you! And, TMobile, if you’re smart, you’ll make sure to keep Jeffery in your company in a higher management position! As a retired USAF Chief Master Sargent, he’s a winner in my book! ?

I just visited this store on Saturday and switched my service from Verizon to T-Mobile. The rate plan was 120 and buy one iPhone get the other half off as quoted by the store manager and the salesman David. I get my bill today and the rate is 150 for the lines. I call customer service and stay on the phone with them for 34 minutes to find out they can’t find anything where my rate plan should be 120! Lies from everyone! I will be returning my new phones and accessories tomorrow and moving to att! I should have known when I asked for paperwork and they said it was a promotional discount and I would see it on my bill! Straight out lies!!!

We arrived at opening time on NYE and had a extremely positive experience. After having Verizon as our provider for 20+ years (all tel, Nextel etc), we decided to make the switch. David Bullock answered all questions and was extremely knowledgeable as well as just being an all around nice guy! I would highly recommend him and his services. Nice young man assisted me. I was there to pay my bill because my T Mobile app was not working properly (my own fault ,i had accidentally changed setting and the app was unable to update last time) and I also had another app issue there again related to me doing something wrong in settings. He was able to correct that for me so it was a pleasant visit and everything I needed was taken care of. I highly recommend T mobiles 55+Magenta plan for seniors. Its reasonably priced,coverage is good,it's 5 G and it's unlimited talk,text and massaging.
