They claim to provide a lifetime warranty, but the most common problem with their product is not warranted. This is a scam and I suggest that everyone boycott their tumblers because they fail after several years and this company does not stand behind their product.

Love Tervis! One of the last few standing brick and mortar Tervis stores left. The staff is very friendly and helpful, decent selection of cups and accessories!
