Didn't even eat there, was skipped on the list, then after we were seated, nobody ever showed up. Lots of people looked like they had been waiting a while on their food,

Located conveniently at the Coastal Grand Mall, Texas Roadhouse Grill offers a hearty and casual dining experience perfect for the whole family. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:Pros:Great steaks: They're known for their hand-cut steaks, grilled to your liking. Whether you're a rib-eye enthusiast or a filet mignon fan, they have something for every steak lover.More than just steaks: If you're not in the mood for beef, they offer a variety of other options like chicken, burgers, pork chops, and even seafood. They also have a kid's menu for the little ones.Family-friendly atmosphere: With their casual, come-as-you-are vibe, Texas Roadhouse is a great place to take the whole family. The staff is known for being friendly and attentive, making sure everyone enjoys their meal.Daily lunch specials: If you're visiting for lunch, they offer special deals on some of their menu items.Cons:Cleanliness: A sanitation issue detracted from my experience. I found a hair on my plate, which raises concerns about overall hygiene.Buns: The freshness of the buns was disappointing. They seemed stale or past their prime.Meat Temperature: Unfortunately, the meat was overcooked.

Food was not good. The salad was soggy and tasteless, like it had been sitting in a fridge for days. The potatoes were not fully cooked, still completely hard. Waitress was not friendly. This was our second time, the first was just as bad. There won't be a third.

The server was very attentive and appeared to be the only server taking care of the large parties. The atmosphere was dim which made it hard to read the menus. After a long wait to receive our food it wasn't worth the wait. Ismael the server was the only positive about the visit. Management was no assistance to the staff and it appeared that the kitchen staff was more interested in being social with the hostess.

The service sucked. We walked in with a party of 6 and I was surprised one of the employees wasn't smoking. Rude, mean I guess best describes the place. OUT OF TOUCH PRICES

The waitress was not able to understand that you should NEVER SERVE burnt rolls to customers. Ohhh..FYI....YOU GET FIRST TOLLS FREE....SECOND TIME is $2/$1. Her attitude was very nonchalant. O ly in Myrtle Beach. And atop of that...they INCLUDE GRATUITY OF 5 OR MORE. I wasn't pressed with the food at all. Her waitress skills that she lacked there....wasn't worth a $32 tip. They should post this on the door.Let folks make a choice. Just go to Golden Corral....you still get all the steak ya want.

Went to Texas Roadhouse Grill in Myrtle Beach for Dinner. The food was great and the service was excellent. The reason for the one star is: They do not accept "Texas Road House Gift Cards" only "Texas Road House "GRILL" gift cards. It was a big inconvenience when you have a large check.

Walked in. Saw handwriting on sign saying they're not actually the Texas Roadhouse company. Made mistake of asking at dead front desk and African American lady rolled her eyes at us and said we're family owned as she turned away from us. Is this how you handle the simple question???? Obviously they do and it's no wonder they were completely empty at dinner. Go to Abuelos right beside them and be treated like you're a value to their business!

Please don’t make the mistake that we made. This is not Texas Roadhouse! It is Texas Roadhouse grill. They are nothing a like and this place was a complete let down. The service was terrible. The food mediocre and way overpriced. We asked for bread when we got there and we were told you can’t have it until after you order and it’s one piece a person with no seconds. I told the waitress it was my 12 year olds birthday and she said oh we don’t do birthdays here. For a party of 4 it was an automatic 20% gratuity. I don’t complain much but this place was a real disappointment.

if I could give lower than 1 star I would. extremely slow service, servers had a attitude. DO NOT GET THE LET THAT MAN-GO DRINK (unless you like the taste of nail polish remover) server even had the nerve to have an attitude stating how everything I need to know about the drink is on the menu even though I just wanted her to take it away because it is DISGUSTING. also very dumb how you cant remove the drink from the tab so you are forced to pay for disgusting beverages. overall dont waste your time on this knock off, better off going to the original Texas Roadhouse. Not this wannabe

I came here at 6:04 pm and ordered a house salad with salmon at 7:57 pm my waiter comes and says my order is almost done. It was not busy what so ever i dont see why it was taking almost 2 hours for a salad. Place is ridiculous and i will not be returning.
