Stayed here several times. This time they got rid of convenience store.. changed key cards to coded locks which locked me out after 3 try’s. Code was wrong so had 2 different maintenance guys come up before I could ever get in. Shower was cold first 2 days and sounded like an airplane shaking in the walls . When told about this they already knew.. but nothing was done about it. Only bright spot was great waitress and food in restaurant although second night food came out cold. Prob won’t book here again.

Filthy rooms! Roach droppings everywhere! Roaches in broad day light infesting the room! Coming out of holes in the wall, in the cupboards etc, refusal to refund AND with holding deposit for a hole that was already in the wall, all because of the roach complaint! Do better! This is foul and unprofessional!!!

I come every year in Nov... I rent through private owners via Airbnb. The view/being right on the beach is absolutely breathtaking.

End of the season get away was great! The weather was beautiful. There were not really alot of people on the beaches. It didn't stop people from still getting in the cold November water, lol. Front desk staff were great. Room was nice and the view was fantastic!

I stayed in a rental managed by Salty Paw Rentals. Nice, clean. Well decorated and dog friendly. Very friendly manager.

My family has stayed at The Patricia Grand many times. Always clean and friendly. The restaurant is amazing great view in the morning and amazing drinks in the evening. Thanks again will be back soon.

Was a wonderful place for a vacation. It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and our waitress and cook were so nice. The bar is a fun place to relax and have a drink or two Heaven was wonderful ❤️

We’ve been to the Patricia grand several times, we go back there regularly for our anniversary.
The staff is always great, the rooms are clean, great amenities, the breakfast is good. What more can I say?
If you’re on the beach side, the view are amazing. Walk down the beach to get breakfast lunch or dinner.
You will enjoy the Patricia grand

Pros:
Staff was very nice!
Love the location!
Allow dogs!
Cons:
Reeked of pot, even on the balcony.
Refrigerator took a long time to get cool and never did get cold.
Toilet was barely able to flush toilet paper.
Bathroom sink and tub were very slow up drain.
Beds were like sleeping on the floor. When we striped the beds we know why they were so hard. ..the mattresses we sagged from being so old/used. I slept on an antigravity chair we brought for the beach.
Floor looked clean but our feet were black after walking around the room. Main door was filthy!
We stayed here because they allow dogs. Their rule is no dogs over 20 lbs. That is a joke! Dogs were there that weighed at least twice that.
Rooms aren't cleaned during stay. If extra towels, pillows, etc. are needed we were told you can pick them up in the lobby.
No breakfast is included so I don't know why one review said they received a hearty breakfast.
Will never stay here again or at any property operated by this company.

Our stay at The Patricia Grand was absolutely wonderful! We booked room #708, and it far exceeded expectations completely new, modern, and beautifully updated from top to bottom. The décor felt fresh and coastal, the bed was super comfortable, and the oceanfront balcony view was breathtaking. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The staff was friendly, the pools were great, and beach access couldn’t be easier. Highly recommend requesting #708 if you want one of the best rooms in the building!

We've been here many times. It's close to many great restaurants and tourist attractions. Right on the beach.
