They're claw machines or the biggest scams. Employees are rude don't waste your money. Go somewhere you can have fun

Kids had fun. Some of the games didn't work and took points but we still had a good time. They loved riding the go carts

Carts and bumper boats are fun and the usual attractions. Arcade has been stripped to mostly crawl machines and "ticket" machines. Those are not as fun as they used to be when it first opened, and the claw machines have been adjusted to be past just a minor rip-off. They are now 100% rip-off. Taking this off our places to go to when in town.

My husband and I decided to come here while on vacation to ride go carts. Liked the idea of the point system they used. Arcade was decent, had claw machines that kept my husband occupied.
All employees were super nice, attentive, and friendly EXCEPT for the one guy working in the children's go kart area. It was my kids 1st time riding gokarts solo and the worker was just cold and not friendly at all. My youngest was having trouble and crashed in the wall. The worker yelled at my son who was already scared and crying. He seemed visibly frustrated. Definitely shouldn't be working in the area with children. I appreciate the other gentlemen coming to check on my kids and make sure he was OK.

My son's and husband were so excited to ride gocarts. I wish we would have went elsewhere as they were sorely disappointed in the performance of the gocarts. They were ok, but nothing like what we were expecting.

Had an absolute blast at the go-kart and game place! Exciting tracks and a great variety of games made for an unforgettable day of fun. Staff was great and friendly, ask for a $10 discount when you spend $50+

First They never check to see if we were buckled in for the carts, which isn't a big deal since the carts only go to 5mph anyways. (Even the big tracks)
half of the arcade games wouldn't read the cards, and all of the decent prizes were over 10k tickets which would require at-least 400$ to obtain.
The whole arcade consist of gamble like games and not as many family hands on games for example: there's one nerf shooting game and about 30 very obviously rigged claw machines.
The only staff member that was alright was the guy who took our money and the lady who took our tickets. The guys on the tracks were all playing football and we had to wait for them to get us on the ride since their game was more important. (it was just me and my girlfriend racing, and I never let off the gas and she passed me by a football field) I could feel the kart brake itself when I was I was trying to be a part of the race.
If you're going here with your kids make sure they want slow rides and over priced 1$ items in claw machines.
This is kind of an embarrassment of a Go-Cart Track. Would recommend any others in Myrtle Beach over this one.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel next to The Track, the night before our wedding, as it was being built almost 8 years ago. We finally got to go with 3 out of our 4 kids and had a pretty good time. We raced both big tracks with different experiences from a staff perspective. One side had courteous, friendly, and kind staff members. My 4 year old daughter told one of guys that her steering wheel smelt like poop, and he took time to tell her that it shouldn't smell like that. He adjusted the steering wheel so it wasn't so close to her face and was very patient with her. The other side had rude, impatient, and inconsiderate staff members. I only found out because my wife told me after the fact. She told me that as she was trying to buckle our daughter up, one of the staff asked if she needed help, and she said no, that she was just having a slight issue with the buckle. He asked if she'd done it before, and she told him yes. His reply was, obviously not. She told me of another sarcastic remark made by another person, but I don't recall what was said. Needless to say, we didn't go back to that side and road carts on the side where the staff seemed to enjoy their job and treated customers with respect. It was a little disappointing that the middle carnival style rides weren't operational, but I'm guessing the season hasn't come in fully for those to be going, so I'm not holding that against them. The arcade was ok, but half the games were claw machines. A bit more variety would go a long way, in my opinion. At the end of the day, the kids had a good time and enjoyed themselves, which is what my wife and I wanted to accomplish. Our kids want to go back, so we'll make another trip to The Track and see if there's a significant difference or if it's a similar experience.

We had a blast! The staff couldn’t have been nicer. We lost a pair of eyeglasses on one of the tracks, and they ran over and found them for us. We’ll definitely return!
