“My daughter attends HGTC school and her Infiniti Q50 had an issue with a Key system error. Living 2 hours south it’s hard when you can’t get to them asap. Jeff and the owner I don’t want to misspell her name assured me they would get her towed and on her way. Within 20 minutes the tow truck showed up at 2:30pm and by 3:15pm Jeff called and said easy fix her shifter linkage busted. They repaired it for far less then I ever thought and they were so pleasant to work with. My daughter will definitely go back if ever needed.”

“Marquise came out to fix the 2nd flat on our trip down to Myrtle Beach changed. He was quick and very professional.
More importantly than his tire service, Marquis is an upstanding and honest man. We had a payment issue (not his fault or mine). Once he received payment 3 weeks later he refunded me the duplicate payment, exactly as he promised.
Rare these days to find someone who is great at what they do, offers a service that helps you in a real time of need, and is a true man of his word.

“We had a valve stem blow-out. We got the spare on and headed to DT before our four hour trip home. . Upon checking the rest of our tires on our RV, they realized we had a flat on the inside dually wheel on the drivers side. CHRIS, was quick to let me know the value stems we had (installed by the previous owner), are not able to hold pressures above 60psi. Our rig’s requirement is between 70-80psi. Tire max is 85psi. Chris and team were quick to check all our tires. They replaced all of the valve stems, including our spare. Isaac and Hailey were on the team with Chris. We are beyond grateful for their customer service!! So kind and generous with support, open to questions and we’re so prompt. We were only there for a bit over an hour, but they worked on all seven tires….for free! DT fixes any flat for free. This was over the top however! I don’t have words for their level of customer service! We’ve loved DT for years, because of their service nationwide! But this experience was over the top!! Thank you Ryan, for getting us in and out so fast! Y’all are Rock Stars!!!”

“If you need tires and want to be treated with the up most respect, come to Costco Tire Center! As you can see, I was one drive away from having a major problem and potentially having my tire blow out. Upon coming in and expressing what Walmart Auto mentioned the concern might be, Trevor immediately walked me outside to check my vehicle and made an assessment. It was divine intervention that they had 3 tires left in stock to purchase, and he was even able to get me an appointment same day knowing the severity of the tire! I didn’t get to thank him when I came back for my appointment but I was then greeted by a few other gentleman that helped inform me what was going on. Chevy explained another problem that I was experiencing with a swollen lug nut, and Thomas was so sweet to pull my car up, he even helped me load my car with an entirely full cart of groceries. I will definitely be coming back because I can’t say enough good things about this place. ALL OF THESE MEN DESERVE A RAISE!”

“Trey was fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door you could tell, customer service is a priority here. I had many questions pertaining to my reason for the visit. Trey was very patient in giving me time to ask questions about my jeep, and was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on with my jeep. I almost feel like the care he took with my vehicle and how he treated me that I could be this person's family. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with vehicle issues.
