Firestone Complete Auto Care is a one-stop shop for vehicle needs, from standard maintenance to tires and repairs. The location is clean, and the workers are friendly, polite, professional, and extremely helpful. The expert team provides great work, comprehensive solutions, and reliable and affordable auto care. They offer solid recommendations and work fair deals on services like oil changes, brake inspections, engine repairs, and tire replacements. The staff is trustworthy, dependable, and thoughtful, often going above and beyond, such as staying close to closing time to complete a job. To enhance the experience, suggestions include providing more chairs, water, a snack machine, a coffee or refreshment bar, and a small area with coloring books for guests who wait. Cleaner restrooms and ensuring vehicles are returned without grease marks would also be improvements. Overall, it is a great place where the team takes care of your vehicle to get you back on the road.
