I really wanted to book my hair appointment with Jen, but Kea and her attitude ruined that. What a nasty attitude. I was being talk to like I'm stupid. And after looking at other reviews, it's very clear I'm not the only one who has encountered that. I went ahead and booked at another location.

The salon staff was fantastic. Kea the cashier was the most snarky disrespectful individual I’ve ever encountered. I had an issue with my form of payment and she rolled her eyes due to me not going as fast as she wanted. There is no reason to talk about the customer in front of them as well. Fix your face be respectful and do your minimum wage job. Honestly every other Ulta in the Myrtle beach area the staff are actually friendly and educated. Maybe someone needs to act this way to them and see how they feel.

Stay away from this salon! Turned my blonde hair blue and grey during a touch up coloring. Offered no apology, no explanation and told me they would fix it or I could get out of the store. My hair is ruined!

The girl Toni was excellent at helping me. She was funny and very knowledgeable about hair products. Helped me chose a good color eyebrow pencil also cuz I am bad at color matching. 10/10

We called last minute to get in for someone to fix my hair after dying it with box dye and Jennifer got me in immediately! She is incredible i'm from boston and I might just have to fly back here just to get my hair done. She is incredibly talented. i would give more than 5 stars if i could!

Jade (manager) was exemplary in her customer service skills, suggestions and all around pleasant and helpful. She consistently has been so helpful and spot on in her suggestions. She is an asset to your corporation. She deserves recognition for a consistent job well done.

Poor inventory and poor customer service. Sales would be a lot higher if you had informed consultants. If you had consultants that were willing to help. I was in the drier for 30 minutes and not over did a rep try and order any assistance or ask if I needed anything. I am a Diamond member and I will no longer shop this location. I let an employee on my way out now my dissatisfaction and her excuse was well you were on the phone. A simple hello would have went a long way.

Went in to get nail polish for my significant other. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well stocked and in great order. The store was well lit and seemed as most of the lighting was working and on good maintenance.
