“Everyone i worked with was great, but the process was HORRIBLE. They will rush you on everything, and make you decide within 24 hours because they wont accept a deposit, but your time means nothing to them. The policy of accepting and scheduling any and all appointments is ridiculous. You book an appointment, and it's possible you'll sit for over an hour beyond your time, waiting because they have way more appts than they have people to help you. If it wasnt for the body style I was looking for is so difficult to find, I would have walked out”

After getting stood up from their competitor across the street for a scheduled test drive (Brand Car LLC). Nobody was there. So I came over here to Hudson Auto Sales and saw that they had the same Dodge Ram, but just a different color. After taking it for a test drive, I made them a cash offer and they accepted it. They made the whole process easy. They were nice, professional, and honest. They even made sure the tires had air and had filled up the gas tank for me. Talk about great service, and I'm really pleased with the new Dodge Ram they sold me.
