This has got to be one of the best Post Office locations in the nation. Always helpful, thoughtful, and often fun. I would never have assumed a day would come that a Post Office would exceed my expectations every visit. Well done!!!

Recently relocated to Myrtle Beach. Requested our mail to be forwarded from our old address to our new address beginning July1st. So far, we have only received about half a dozen pieces of mail and there is no explanation from the post office, nor is there any idea where all our missing mail may be... Also, my daughter has had two outgoing letters in our box for THREE DAYS that the carrier (for whatever reason) REFUSES to pick up. Unacceptable and time to privatize the post office!!!!!

This post office is the least busy in myrtle beach. Only problem is I never see more than 1 person working the counter. So the lines are still there same.

Until they install a self service kiosk or two, this USPS will always be my last choice ...there is always a line.
Staff is friendly, but long wait times in these times ... it really doesn't make sense to not have the self serve option.

Postal offices often get a bad rap for their employees being rude and short tempered. Not the case here. I visited on a weekday morning, about 0900, so it wasn't very busy. But the two employees working the front at that time were very pleasant and helpful. Small talk was easy. It was a refreshing post office visit.

This has been a convenient location to have a PO Box. It is clean, safe and Ted and the rest of the employees there are super helpful, even when there is a line out the door. They always make sure your needs are addressed before you leave. Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if they'd let me. Rude older lady working behind the counter!! Do NOT recommend. I will drive the extra way to the other one from here on out.
