Twice I made appointments for my elderly parents and both times we were scheduled and took all we could do to get there with wheelchair and hard time walking and were told we were not on the schedule, very bad management for the elderly, Call to confirm your appointment or you’ll waste your time!

drop off some frames on 12/11 to SIMPLY have readers & gradual tint put on them... Visionworks Coastal Grand Mall, Myrtle Beach SC.....the store manager "Alicia"....told me we give our customers great customer service....first supposedly they lost my frames....now they don't know the status on them....and or course the do not have a regional or a corporate number....DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT....well let's see...after 41 days....Alicia calls me and says "the lab sent you glasses back they are inmakeable"....I gave the a standard square frame...with instructions to put the readers on the bottom...with gradient tint....the first time it came back the readers was in the MIDDLE of the lens....WTF.....so you have to ask yourself....what kind of place is this that can mess up a simple Rx....and of course...they do not have a regional....you call customer service....and leave a VM...that never gets answered....SMDH

OMG, please look at the reviews and their overall rating. There’s a reason that they rate so low. They filled my prescription with an old prescription and I returned them and then they gave me a new pair that is totally incorrect and giving me tremendous headaches. When I called the person talked over me on the phone promise me the manager will come back next day and she did not. They are, a terrible incompetent site. Please save your time and aggravation and go elsewhere!

I didn't know their default lenses is polycarbonate when I ordered glasses. So when I asked approx how much I was quoted a price with this type of lense instead of plastic and NEVER told the type of lense till I looked at my receipt when I got to the car. I thought I was getting plastic! I usually order plastic lenses and they work fine for me and are less expensive. This is bit deceptive in my opinion to not even mention type of lenses they are putting in the frames. I did return immediately to the store and got some credit when I said I wanted plastic. The glasses came out nicely thankfully. I haven't been there in few years and they sent me coupons so thought I'd see what frames they had. I have hard time finding oval frames for my face is wide.

Made my replacement glasses with the wrong prescription. Then made another error. My glasses to give me an extreme headaches ( no idea who's prescription lens they put in my frames but they're not mine!) They will do anything about it. Worst customer service ever! They talk over you say the manager will call you back and she never does! Please do not use this site. They do not have a clue what customer services is and they are totally incompetent.

Plenty of opinions for frames and price points for all budgets.Trudy was wonderful helping me choose what frames fit best and knowledgeable answering my questions regarding insurance and store promotions. Overall, I had a great experience at Visionworks.

On Saturday, my son came home from college with a broken pair of glasses. We took a chance and went to the Coastal Grand Mall location with his lenses hoping to find a frame that would fit them so it could have a new pair of glasses with no delay! We entered the store and were greeted immediately by Trudy. Even though she was busy with other customers, she came over and asked us how she could help and told us she would be back over when she was done with the other customers. After explaining our situation to her, she pointed us to the section that MIGHT have frames that would fit his existing lenses. We found 1 frame that would work. Within 3 minutes, she had the lenses in the new frames and we were done! She went out of her way to give us great service and it made my sons day! Thank you Trudy for an amazing job done!!!!

Elisha always goes above in her level of service. I was there on a Monday to get new lenses and they were back by Friday. The 60% off coupon made the update affordable. Thanks Visionworks!

This has been my eye doctor and also my husbands for I think 3 years. I didn’t work before so usually any day was a good day for me but this last time I saw they accepted walk ins. I called and called and nobody would answer so walk in was my only option. We drove an hour and 40 mins to be told they did not take walk ins. She actually ignored us for 10 mins while she was arguing on a personal phone call. She was very short and considerably rude. She began to tell us that Lens Crafters accepted walk ins but didn’t accept my ins. I didn’t wanna go to another eye doctor but she gladly gave me my optical records and sent me on my way. Could have cared less about my drive or losing a customer. Sad just sad. She has worked here a while and not sure how.
