CVS has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They greet you when you enter and assist you with whatever your needs are. The shelves are well stocked and organized. Great place to shop.

EXTREMELY frustrated with this location.... All of my prescriptions were transferred here b/c Walgreens closed. I got in the drive-thru line @ 1:20. I made it to the window at 1:34 only to be told "my team is gone to lunch & you'll need to come back". What kind of customer service is that? I realize that the staff need a lunch break however is it necessary for them to all go to lunch at the same time in turn shutting pharmacy operations down? Many people run errands like these in their lunch break & ceasing operations like this is such an inconvenience. Not to mention the fact that I waited 14 minutes only to be turned away.

Only use this pharmacy is you have an entire day to kill because that's about how long they take if your lucky enough to have a perception medicine in stock. As a plus, they'll tell your your prescription is ready and then when you take off work and go there they'll then say sorry it's not ready but feel free to shop out half stocked store. Fun fact, the State Health plan, aka the largest insurer in the state, well, they don't know the RX number or how to process your insurance. Had to call a local pharmacy to find out how to run it thru they're own system. I think I follow there example and use a local pharmacy from now on.

The manager and most clerks are ready to assist in any endeavor to their knowledge and if not, will seek assistance from the manager on duty and she is professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I visited this CVS to receive my Covid-19 Vaccine. The process was very speedy. The employees at the pharmacy was so nice. They provided excellent customer service and they were very helpful. I will visit this CVS again.

Searched via google that this CVS is a UPS drop off spot. Upon arriving I inquired and received a snarky response that the package needed to be pre-addressed, paid, sealed, etc. I was holding the UPS document mailer with label in hand. I needed to make a copy of what was being sent and inquired about making a copy and was told they don't have a copy machine. I left, drove to library, made copy and returned. Went to the counter where I could clearly see copy equipment. Then... I wasn't waited on. No employees to be seen. Waited for 5 minutes, googled again and found out the Advance Auto Parts store is also a UPS drop off. They were very polite, accommodating and pleasant. Not impressed with customer service at this CVS. Won't be back.

I called in a prescription on the automated system. When I picked it up it was for another prescription from the skin doctor not my internal medicine doctor.The male pharmacist said I didn’t have any refills on the medicine that my internal medicine doctor prescribed so he substituted the skin doctor prescription because they both have the same main ingredient.I told him that I knew I had another refill on the internet medicine prescription.I told him although they both have the same main ingredient the other ingredients makes them totally different.He said he would have to order the medicine the internal medicine doctor prescribed. I told him to order it and I would check with the doctor about getting a new prescription.He went behind the counter and returned with the correct prescription that he said he would have to order. I had two prescriptions left on it.This male pharmacist needs to realize that he is not a doctor and his job is to fill the prescription as the doctor has ordered.
