“Thanks to Debra in the appliance section for her help today!!! I have a pro account and we had an issue with getting the extended warranty for my new freezer. Debra worked through it, getting others involved to help instead of just passing us along. It took a little longer to get the deal done, but that didn’t matter since she and the team were able to make it happen! We received our extended warranty with the purchase and were on our way.
