Don't think about using your Lowes store app to check the prices. Scanned the price of a 2x10x16 treated lumber which was $27.19 but at the register it came up $29+. Rescanned it twice at the register in front of the cashier's and the barcode showed $27.19. They called the lumber associate and he scanned the store register showing a higher price $29+. My issue is why have a store app stating one price only to out at the register it is a higher price.

I like Lowe's. They have products I like. However, mine always appears to be short-handed. Plus, I really dislike self-check out.

Bought a dryer, plugged it in and making bad noise. Trying too get a replacement now they're giving me the runaround. I will never get anything from here again. I'm on hold for 30 minutes when I posted this. Save the hassle and go to home depot

Thanks to Debra in the appliance section for her help today!!! I have a pro account and we had an issue with getting the extended warranty for my new freezer. Debra worked through it, getting others involved to help instead of just passing us along. It took a little longer to get the deal done, but that didn’t matter since she and the team were able to make it happen! We received our extended warranty with the purchase and were on our way. Delivery is tomorrow! Thanks so much to Debra, the Asst Store Manager (sorry I missed your name), and Josh!

Very disappointed in the warranty service, and beside myself . I purchased a washer from Lowe’s in Newberry and bought a 5 year “extended” warranty. It’s about 3 years old. The person at Lowe’s was helpful getting me to a person to set up a service around the 22 June. It took a bit to get someone scheduled. First service was scheduled on July 5th from 8-5, missed work but the man (Ian) came from A&E and was very good. He diagnosed my washer as needing a computer board, ordered it and had it shipped to my home. It wasn’t there the next appointment day so they changed it to July 26th 8-5 so another missed day of work. Washer will only work on the fast wash setting which will not clear my husband’s work clothes. The 26th I was home All day waiting, 4:50 I get a text letting me know that no one’s coming and someone will come Aug 3rd 8-5, another missed day of work. Service person showed up, fooled with washer a few minutes and said it was fixed and left. To my surprise The washer will not work AT ALL. I have tried calling every one involved, been passed around from person to person and even told by the warranty service that it is a Walmart warranty. Bought at Lowe’s? I may not understand how all this works but what I do know is I have children going back to school. We are short on money for missed days of work and I am still without a functioning washer. I did speak with a manager at LOWES, who is supposed to be reaching out to someone to resolve this and when that happens I will change my rating. This has been going on for going 6 weeks or so. I’m just beside myself!!!

Lowes has everything you need except friendly employees to help you. Doesn't seem like enough people work there.

Lowes in Newberry is overbearing. I go one time to return some plumbing fittings with no receipt, these people acted like I had stolen the stuff. Used my Lowe's card which is where the receipt was sent. Lady couldn't find it yet my wife pulled it straight up after the fact. Then self checkout ran out of receipt paper after I paid. Well after 3 different employees got it back going printed the supposive receipt it showed I purchased a soft drink. Nothing else I didn't even have a soft drink.had to show them my bank app transaction of the purchase before being accused again. I'm not a theif....make me sick
