“A friend asked me about a problem on her car recently. She asked me to test drive it to tell her the problem and approximate cost. I used to teach auto repair at a technical school but do not do public work, just my own. She said she was going to Busby's because she knew of them. She was excited to tell me the problem was exactly what I said it was and the cost was right in line with what I told her to expect.
