“Never had issues with them, they are a small location but have been very good to me. I have a small PO Box there and I work nights so I don’t check it as often as I should, and they are great about holding my mail even when it’s too much to fit in my box, and they are very kind about me having packages delivered there. Honestly the people who do have a PO Box here depend on this place, so it’s rather irritating that people keep commenting that it should close.”
“Mailman Bill always goes above and beyond making sure packages are on my porch and is courteous and kind. He was extremly helpful recently in helping locate a missing priority envelope. 50 stars for mailman Bill”

“The USPS in Pendleton, SC 29670 has the worst service of any post office !!!! We hardly get mail delivered daily , if we do it’s late at night before the mail carrier arrives.We have the USPS app so we know what is suppose to be delivered . It takes many days before it arrives !!!We all on our street go to The Pendleton USPS to inquire what’s going on with mail delivery all we get is excuses… either our ma deliver person is out sick or on vacation. They have no one to take her mail route !! Totally baloney !!!!”

“Needed to request a reasonable disability accommodation, and the manager on 04/21/25 was one of the kindest, best managers I've ever encountered in my whole life! She thought of a solution to my dilemma, and then some... So very grateful - she was patient, really wanted to show goodness (and did), offered gentleness with how she considered solutions. Problem solved, hope this review prompts a raise for her, and she can offer more training advice for solutions based customer service in the future...”

“The staff here is wonderful. I’d like to especially call out the Post Master. I wish I had gotten her name today. My father’s cremated remains were mailed through West Union and she personally brought them out. I remembered that she had hand delivered something for me before to a guy that lived near her a few years ago. She was raised right! It’s rare to get this kind of service these days”
