First time there. My dog managed to destroy my partial bridge. Some locations can make new ones onsite but this office does not, but thought they did. So my journey was not completed that day. However the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, which is greatly appreciated. So I return in January to have impressions made and my new partial built.

This has been the worst dental service. The prices they gave us kept changing even after we paid everything. My Fiancé was having oral surgery here and the doctor was a moron. He didn't even say anything to us when they were done. According to my fiancé, she could feel them breaking her teeth out of her mouth during the procedure cause they didn't do the anesthesia properly. She came to before they were even done and the dentures she got were already starting to fall out by the time we got home. Blood was everywhere and when I called the office to see what I should do, the receptionist gave me attitude and hung up on me. The only thing about this place even remotely ok were the chairs in the lobby. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You'd think after spending ten thousand dollars that they would be somewhat caring, but no. They only care about the money obviously

Terrible place. Their business plan is to diagnose deep cleaning with unwarranted expenses. Do not go to the place. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give no stars.Note: no one there ever takes off or lowers their mask. I am pretty sure that’s because it’s much easier to spew lies and deception when people can’t clearly hear you or see you. I like to see the smile on my dental staff it’s a good way to judge their dental hygiene. For all I know the entire staff there could have had missing, decayed, and/or rotting teeth. They would not give me a regular cleaning, they only prescribe extensive work. And I have good clean healthy teeth. All I wanted was a cleaning but all I got was about 30 X-rays.

If I could put zero stars I would. First off they charged me for a cleaning I didn’t need that wasn’t covered by insurance and had me sign up for a credit card to pay for it. I told them then my wisdom teeth were hurting they said they didn’t need to be pulled. A few months later my teeth are coming out my gums I had another dentist take a look and they said they need to be removed asap. I’ve called multiple times with no response and when I called the lady basically said the doctor doesn’t want to do it and isn’t going to remove my wisdom teeth. I’ve also read many other negative reviews on there response to oral surgery so if you don’t want to be over charged or want any oral surgery done. It’s best to probably stay away from aspen dental as a whole.

I would give 0 stars if I was able. This has been the worst customer experience of my life. They will not communicate with you when you need oral surgery and just schedule you for random appointments without taking to you first. They are over priced for their services and the staff is rude and very disrespectful. They will include a $300 electric toothbrush in your service without asking you if you want it first.

This was the worse experence I've ever had a dentist office, I came in to replace my lower dentures but they wanted to do my upper dentures, I didn't need nor wanted an upper denture, I have almost all my teeth upper & lower but, after doing impression, The dentist recommened I get upper dentures where I needed maybe 2or 3 teeth. I've never heard of a place where you can' t get what you are paying for. All I wanted was to replace my lower dentures and I ended up with nothing, and no reason why. Crazy!!! I will give 1 star because the girl that did my impression was very nice & perfessional. I don't understand this Aspen Dental office, has anyone else had this problem? Or was it just ME?

First time going missed cleaning at my previous dentist decided to schedule one closer to me. I like how it was straight to the point I told them what I already have scheduled (wisdom teeth removal) and I wasn’t reminded or offered their services about it. I thought I could at least get my teeth cleaning but I didn’t evaluation was done today including x-ray. Talked to the finance department and understood fully what I paid and the expectations of my upcoming visit. I will be back since it’s closer to home and they understood my boundaries.

I took my 96 year old Father to Aspen and they were some of the nicest people. From the front of the office, the Doctor to the staff working in the back. I so appreciate that! I would definitely recommend!!!

I have had a great experience with Aspen Dental. They were welcoming, kind, fun and supportive. Doctor Key was great. I love my dentures.

Terrible admin staff and can’t say much about the doctors either. Today was the second time I went for my scheduled appt and they told me they didn’t have it on their schedule, thankfully I had a written note for the appointment, still they weren’t able to see me and told me to come back later that day. 6 months ago I got a crown there and it fell off the same day so I had to return next day. Then I went to another clinic and they took X-rays and the margin between my crown and gum was too large so go figure they didn’t do a good job. No apologies or anything for the mix up. Will go to this one appt and will be looking for a new place !

The staff was wonderful but the dentist was awful. Very unfriendly, uncaring and did not explain what he was doing. It's been 3 months since he removed my bottom teeth and I am still in pain and unable to wear my bottom denture. The left side is still swollen and bloody red looking. If you go, I do not recommend Dr. Matthew Poorer. It was a horrible experience! Took a picture the next day and this is what I woke up to.

I make it a point to never write bad reviews, but this has gone too far. In February, they told me they accepted my insurance, and I booked my appointments two months ahead of time. The week before my appointment I called THEM to confirm whether they still accepted my insurance. They said yes. Minutes after my visit, they told me they had actually stopped taking my insurance a month prior and gave me a $300 bill for a routine checkup. Also, I found out today that they had a cybersecurity breach in April where EVERY patients' information was taken, yet they never sent an email regarding this breach (not even in my spam folder). Stay away, stay away, stay away, I beg you! Check the other reviews--either people love it or give it 1 star. Be wary of this. There is no in-between for this place. Nice people, nice place, wrong practices.
