I signed on with Faith, who is absolutely the sweetest, and have since spoken with Erin, who is equally comforting and thorough. The urge to write this raving review is because of the service I recently received.
I contacted SF around 4 PM, (close to closing) because I was worried about my upcoming adjuster appointment. Erin thoroughly listened, comforted my nerves, and asked Johnathan to attend my meeting the following morning at 9 AM. I didn’t even realize agents would do this.
Johnathan did not hesitate and immediately said yes. He went out of his way and spoke up for my family and me, challenging inaccuracies that were given to us by the adjuster. My family felt extremely protected.
I never knew THIS is what a great insurance team would look like.
In addition, my adjuster never returns my calls. I literally have to call Wingard’s office and ask them message her. Only then does she respond... and it's always the SAME DAY!
