Amanda Fitzhugh was great and very knowledgeable. Always had detailed answers for my questions and referenced if there had been studies in the past to either support or discourage physical exercises (work chores) I would have liked to do at home while recovery was progressing. Helped me a lot!

OT was very helpful through my hand therapy. She explained each exercise and the results I should expect. Detailed notes were uploaded for my Orth doc to review so we were all on the same page. The Benchmark staff was always very up beat and pleasant.

Great place!! Vivianna really put me to work and helped rebuild a lot of strength in my quad. She was the best!!!
