Only giving one star because I have to. I was in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the drive thru window the guy held up 2 fingers and closed the blind. No respect. He could have said 'sorry, we are closing for lunch'. Instead he was rude, disrespectful. I hope that sandwich was worth it. Hope it upsets his stomach. What comes around goes around.

Horrible at answering the phone, the staff are good but I believe it’s due to them being understaffed. Overworked. Once they hire more it may be a good pharmacy..

The most incompetent pharmacy and staff in North Augusta. Steer clear of these unprofessional, rude and careless people. After absolutely screwing up my husbands medications by stating our insurance no longer covered CVS as a pharmacy for prescriptions, it was discovered that this was in fact not true. Now it’s been a week since my husband has had his life saving medications. What an absolute shame.

If I could've given less than one star, I wouldve! Everytime I call in my medications I have issues, this morning I called in a prescription at 10 am, when they opened, and I asked when they would have it ready and they said after lunch at 2:30. So, wait til closer to 3 pm to pick up and it still wasn't ready! And to make matters worse the pharmacy staff was incredibly rude!! I'm wondering if when they hire them, they ask how B@tchy and ignorant they are, if they say they they are brainless idiots with an attitude, CVS says you're hired!!! I am moving my prescriptions and will never step foot in your stores.. Get it together!!!

So many times have I had issues with this pharmacy. Poor customer service, pharmacy orders taking forever, and a general sense of disdain by everyone working there. No one cares. I was told just last night after being on hold for an hour that "if they start answering phones, prescriptions will never get filled". I am just so tired of the apathetic attitude EVERY SINGLE MONTH by these health care workers. If I didn't have to have them filled at this pharmacy, I would have left long ago.

They do not perform Covid-19 PCR test as stated here, and when I called the pharmacist was clearly not ready to talk to people on a Sunday morning.

After having a horrendous experience at Walgreens I decided to go in here and try to get some UK passport photos. Met at the door by Don and he was so pleasant. Within 2 minutes I had my photo taken and photos printed in Great Britain size. Such a great experience deserves a rating of 5.Deffo will be back.

Terrible customer service. Orders are never ready when they say they will be. everyone in the pharmacy has a bad attitude.choose a different pharmacy! I've had dozens of issues here. Save yourself a headache and go to Barneys or another real pharmacy

Bob was a great cashier very nice. Love that store. But today the bathrooms was nasty. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile.

This review is more about the clinic than the pharmacy or store. I found myself with a mild puncture wound on a Sunday and needed a tetanus shot, so I took myself to CVS for the quick clinic. My only complaint is that there was very little seating, which I suppose is understandable given the space, but my injury happened to be on my foot. Other than that though this was a really great experience. The wait time was as listed, so that was a nice bonus. I saw Joy, who was really great. She answered my questions, fully listened while I explained my issue, chatted with me in a way that did not feel forced, and was generally just pleasant to see. I was in and out quickly but felt my needs were met 100%.
