I'm so sick of this place. The past three times I've placed an order for my baby's seizure medicine SOMETHING has gone wrong. The first time they didn't have it in stock and had to order it. The second time they could only do a partial refill because they didn't have enough. This time they have to order it. I placed the order for the refill through the app three days ago. We maybe have two doses left so it would be impossible to wait another three days. I called their customer service line to see it maybe it was an issue with the app or wether it was a pharmacy issue. I was on the for about an hour trying to get this issue resolved. I talked to three different representatives who eventually told me to call the CVS and they will transfer all of our prescriptions. I called and they told me to call the Walgreens and have them do it. TLDR: Take your business elsewhere unless you can wait 5+ days

Michelle was the person I spoke with in the pharmacy and she was very rude. Completely lacked customer service and made zero attempt to help me resolve the issue of my lost prescription. She had a very snappy response and when I said “Okay” she didn’t say have a nice day or anything, instead she just hangs up. Will not be returning to this CVS.

Always something wrong never fails. When you go count on something being frustrating about the visit. Only reason we go is because insurance makes us.

You have to wait 30 minutes in drive-thru to get 1 prescription. It is like this everytime I come through here.'

Fantastic Customer Service. Always have a great shopping experience when I go here. The pharmacy is great. Appreciate all their help with assisting our family with our prescriptions

There so many better options. They are slow and get things wrong all the time. I don’t think it’s the staff the staff is always polite and helpful, but the CVS system is too big to be effective anymore.

By far the WORST excuse for a pharmacy!!! Just as everyone else has said they never answer the phone, almost everyone that works there is incompetent, and to top all this off tonight we go to pickup an antibiotic for my child and they didn’t even mix it. They just gave us the powder. How do you not mix the medicine? Even I know you’re suppose to do that and!

Tried calling for 2 days. No one ever answered the phone. Tried for 35 minutes the first day. 1hour and 10 minutes. Then 25 minutes again that day. Went to the store waited a long time, then they tell me it was sent to publix. After 1 week still have not got the prescriptions. Don't go there.

They say they cant process any insurance because computer down. This shoudnt take all day to fix. Get it together. People need their medicine. On hold for over an hour. Answer your dam phone. DO YOUR JB.

Poor communication. For two days I tried to get an important script filled by phone and in person and although I fully understand the need to wait 30 days between refills at no time have I ever been informed that the 30-day period is based on the day the meds are picked up rather than the date on the bottle when it was filled by the pharmacist. It took the third attempt for this to be explained. This information is extremely important so that I may time the refills precisely so that I may stay on the meds. Now I will be without for 48 hours.

Only giving one star because I have to. I was in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the drive thru window the guy held up 2 fingers and closed the blind. No respect. He could have said 'sorry, we are closing for lunch'. Instead he was rude, disrespectful. I hope that sandwich was worth it. Hope it upsets his stomach. What comes around goes around.

Absolutely the worst Cvs Pharmacy I have been to in my life!! especially the people that works in the front!! the lady with the glasses with her hair in a ponytail she looks at you in a nasty way, if you are a african-American!! I purchased a hat for my son on Saturday. She tried to tell me that I couldn’t buy the head and less I use my Cvs card. As long as I’m paying for my item it does not matter if I don’t use the Cvs card. The tall white guy is weird as well!! Don’t mention the poor service at Pharmacy They tell you your medicine ready and when you get there Oh we don’t see your medicine it’s not ready yet!! You just sent me a text message saying that it’s ready!! Smh ??♀️ corporate needs to investigate the store!! Very bad Poor Customer Service.

The pharmacist here is absolutely wonderful! I appreciate her so much! She takes the time to explain what you’re taking especially if there are contraindications. She gives patient education when you need it. She also fills your prescriptions in a timely manner when you’re waiting. The location is a convenient stop on my way home or to work.
