Wish I could give them zero stars. They were rude to me last night when I tried to order subs after getting off from work. The lady at the register acted like she didn’t want to take my order and told the cook to take my order just because I told her not to put tomatos on my sub due to an allergy and asked about the sauces to make sure the bases weren’t tomato based. Then the cook was rude and slammed the sandwich in the trash after snatching it from his co-worker due to his negligence of not putting RANCH on the sub that asked for. The workers at this FACILITY ARE RUDE AND HAVE DISGUSTING ATTITUDES!!!! I asked for a refund due to their nasty attitudes.

The employees were arguing the entire time I was waiting on my order. This location frequently gets my order wrong. Firehouse makes good subs, just not this one.

I waited at the ordering area/register for several minutes while a Firehouse Subs employee stood there LITERALLY with his arms cross and back turned to me while taking short glances at me to see if I was still there. I wasn't sure if he was being trained and waiting on someone or what? I don't know what this guys problem was? Maybe its because I'm white and had something against me???... Reguardless he had no interest in taking my order. I was seconds away from walking out the door and leaving when another firehouse employee noticed me standing there being ignored when he and the other employee argued about taking my order and he rolled his eyes and very rudely took my order. A black guy walked in and this same employee took his order right away? I don't get it, I was very nice and respectful even after being ignored... but afterwards, I was so disgusted with how I was treated I didn't eat the food I ordered. No telling what they did to it.

I'm not sure how asking for no mayo, extra oil/vinegar, and Swiss cheese ( which I paid extra for) = extra mayo, light lettuce, no cheese, and no vinegar, just oil. Got home and realized I had a mayo wet mess for a sandwich. Tria 2ss2s qw w x2e ed to call 3 times but no one would answer the phone. It's a sandwich. It's not that hard. How do you mess it up so much?! I paid over 10$ for something i dont want to eat. I will not be back.

Wtf! It takes quite a while to get to 19,000 points from buying at Firehouse. I was so excited to have a T-Mobile deal plus cash in on 15,000 of my points that I had been saving. It was a waste of time. What a joke. All they literally put on our subs was mayonnaise on one and mayo and tomato on another. I ordered a large sub and a medium sub. The medium sub should have had cheese, mayonnaise and pickles and caramelized onions. The large sub should have had lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, light Italian, olive vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, jalapeños, cheese, and pickles. Instead, it had tomatoes and mayonnaise. What a effing joke. They were screwing up everyone's orders that night. Do not go to this one. Do you want to get a good review? Then do your job.
