What truly prompted me to write this review, however, is the care they have continued to provide long after their official services were complete. Because I am from out of town and have been helping my aunt navigate the many responsibilities that follow a loss, I've found myself needing assistance with things well outside the normal scope of funeral home services. Whether it was finding a notary, answering questions, or helping point me in the right direction, the staff has always been willing to help and has never made me feel like I was asking too much. Amy, in particular, has been an incredible resource. Week after week, she has patiently answered questions, offered guidance, and connected me with the people and services I needed. Her kindness and willingness to help have made a very difficult situation much easier to manage. The level of care, compassion, and service provided by Thomas Poteet & Son extends far beyond the day of the funeral.
