I have to rate my experience the last 2 days with Toni 5 stars! She took me in last minute and made me at ease almost instantly. My taxes were much more complicated than I thought I could handle and she got us straightened out quickly and efficiently. I am so impressed with our experience and am so happy I found Toni! She is an amazing asset to our community and deserves all of the praise! The fees were nothing compared to my peace of mind. I know next year I will be calling up Toni to give our business to <3

Mrs Toni is a good tax preparer but I will not be back next year the reason is I don't like the prices and I don't ever get my state do to them taking they fees out of it so I and my husband will not be back next year sorry but I think RHODES MURPHY WILL BE GETTING MY BUSINESS

My experience with Jackson Hewitt was amazing It was my first time filing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt and Ms.Toni made my experience very lovely. She made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions very professionally. My experience today was fast, friendly & very convenient. I would strongly suggest Jackson Hewitt Tax Service to anyone because you will get your funds early, educated and excellent customer service as being a continued Jackson Hewitt customer.

Prices are outrageous. As a company their fees are through the roof. On the plus side, Toni is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Sadly, I cannot recommend their service due to their extreme fees. Same service can be found for far cheaper. Happy with Toni, sad I won't be back to see her again.Edit: I appreciate your quick and very corporate style response. Served as a great commercial but little to actually address the topic of my comment. Guess the high prices charged help pay for quick online review responses.

Deedra was the sweetest person. She was very helpful and truly blessed to have had her open when I went to get my taxes done. She showed me some things that I did not know I could deduct for my small business. I hope that she is there next year because I will be back to see her.
