I absolutely love Kroger. I can't say anything bad. I love grocery shopping there and fueling my cars great deal when you have racked up on fuel points. And the pharmacy again I have nothing bad to say about Kroger period...❤️❤️

Love shopping at Kroger for fuel points, came here to use them. Paid for $25 in gas, got .40 off per gallon, awesome! Pump only dispensed $2.00 worth of gas, not a big deal so I asked if she could just refund my points so I can do a new transaction while I waited for this one to post. She laughed and said “if you think you lost something, you can go to customer service!” Yes, I lost half my fuel points on $2 worth of gas, but I don’t have time to argue with employees about money I spent already, thanks for 0.8 gallons of gas at .40 off per gallon!Maybe don’t put bitter old women in customer service roles? Just a suggestion ?
