Love shopping at Kroger for fuel points, came here to use them. Paid for $25 in gas, got .40 off per gallon, awesome! Pump only dispensed $2.00 worth of gas, not a big deal so I asked if she could just refund my points so I can do a new transaction while I waited for this one to post. She laughed and said “if you think you lost something, you can go to customer service!” Yes, I lost half my fuel points on $2 worth of gas, but I don’t have time to argue with employees about money I spent already, thanks for 0.8 gallons of gas at .40 off per gallon!Maybe don’t put bitter old women in customer service roles? Just a suggestion ?

Always an excellent price on gas when using the Kroger points that are alloted every month ! Friendly service and they are always happy to tell you how much you will save per gallon. I will continue to use this station !?

I filled up while very high winds 10 degrees, thought fingers had frostbite. I use bc points from scripts. But they've gone from 50 points per rx to 25 points & i get a lot of rx but still not much comes off on gas
