Traveling from out of state, and needed a new mask seal. Super friendly and helpful and answered all my questions making sure I got the right replacement. Definitely my goto if I’m over this way again.

This company went above and beyond to help me. After finding out that I could die in my sleep because my brain forgets to tell me to breathe, Narcolepsy, COPD, and Pulmonary Hypertension all in one day, my pulmonologist insisted I needed a CPAP Machine w/Oxygen immediately! Due to the recall and COVID, there were none to be found. All were on back order everywhere I called. I was terrified to fall asleep and can’t explain the amount of anxiety I was experiencing. Medical Comfort Immediately brought me the Oxygen, then came through within days with a CPAP Machine!!! There are no words for what that did for reducing my anxiety, and finally eliminating it totally. Being confident when I fall asleep I’d wake up by using the CPAP, along with medication, I’ve never felt better. I feel like a NEW PERSON! It’s icing on the cake when all of the staff is such a pleasure to deal with as well. Thank You Medical Comfort!

I have been twice now the second time today because I was having an equipment issue. Both times I have been treated with great courtesy. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They take all the time needed to make sure I am comfortable and understand how to use the equipment.

The DAY OF my quadriplegic vent dependent father was set up to come home from select specialty and his equipment delivered, we were notified by the respiratory therapist "Georgia" that her company would not provide the medical bed and air mattress that is necessary because he has pressure wounds on his bottom.After letting her know that we "MAY" have to switch companies at some point in order to get those items, she threw a tantrum and proceeded to tell me "well if you guys want to change companies after all the work I put in then I am going to back out completely", leaving us to start THE ENTIRE process from scratch.AGAIN, this is the DAY OF HIS DISCHARGE! And being as such, I admittedly lost my temper and used the F-word. Which apparently is a BIG no-no and grounds for THE ENTIRE COMPANY to be useless and unwilling to provide assistance. I even apologized 30 minutes later and tried to have her understand why emotions are high as we were viewing this as a life or death scenario for my father given the lack of care he was receiving, but my LITTERAL BEGGING fell on deaf ears.Happy to provide the text messages that triggered Georgia "backing out completely" if any supervisor cares to address the issue but I highly doubt it. Keep in my mind, my "outburst" was AFTER her saying she was "backing out completely".I hope she sleeps well at night if my father ends up passing away in that facility without being able to see family.

after waiting for nearly 3 ms and dropping off all required paperwork and them getting additional forms faxed. NOW they are telling me they only have a script and NOW after asking them about taking my military ins. they say NOW they no longer take it.. they dont even deserve a 1 start. sorry to blunt. but i waited 2 yrs passed time that i could get a new machine. didnt know it would be so hard to actually get it. dont waste your time.

Due to not filing the claim with the insurance company and then not following up with me or my son in any manner at all I will now have to pay cash for him to have a cpap machine. Thank you so much for the excellent(not) service. I will recommend to anyone I know in need of this type of service to go elsewhere if they have any choice at all in providers.

The young that help me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very concerned about my needs and wants. I was given the upmost respect, courtesy, professionalism, and customer service. I traveled here for a family visit and realized I didn't have all the equipment for for CPAC machine. They provided all I needed and more. I even received some education on my sleep apnea and other items that would help me sleep more comfortable. Thanks all of you guys for making my visit to your store a pleasant one.

One star is being generous. The woman is extremely rude and condescending, consistency with follow up and the process of obtaining your equpment is a joke. Patient beware!
